This is a great product. Very refreshing and tasty easy on its way down and very hydrating. Great alternative to Gatorade and the IV packets are easy to use and inexpensive.

As a frequent concert and music festival attendee, liquid IV is a MUST HAVE. My friends and I always make sure we are stocked for our entire trip. We drink one or two before heading out the door and we’re good to go! During concerts you typically don’t have water, and these really help to ensure we stay hydrated throughout the entire show.

I drank this after running 6 miles and MY BODY NEEDED IT. I was wiped but I felt better after this. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The texture was good and I would definitely continue buying this.

I tried the Yuzu Pineapple and I really like the flavor. The flavor is really strong, I prefer to add it to larger water bottles, but I tend to like lighter flavors.

Decent product! I am always looking for new flavored water options and if there are added vitamins or electrolytes, it’s definitely a bonus. I think it would be great if they came out with more flavors because their selection is a bit limited.

I’ve been a fan of Liquid I.V. for several years now and am always impressed by their new flavors and additions to the lineup. I love starting the day with a Liquid I.V. to make sure my hydration kicks off from a good place. I always pack the immune support versions when I’m traveling, which is convenient with the packaging in individual sticks. It would be nice to have a large container version to scoop from at home some day! The sugar free green grape and the regular watermelon are my favorites. The lemon lime and strawberry flavors are a little salty for my personal preference but my partner never notices a salt taste in them. There isn’t a flavor I actually dislike!

Absolutely hate the taste, and didn’t think it helped much. Seems like a placebo.

Great flavor, mixes well! The flavor is strong for a 16oz bottle of water so I do half actually.

Really good at what it does! I always have a packet before I go out drinking and it truly works wonders to prevent hangovers and help keep me hydrated. It tastes good, but I think there’s a little room for improvement in the taste department which is why it’s 4/5 for me.

Really enjoyed the liquid IV and love that I can take the packs with me to go. Especially great for those long 12 hour shifts at the hospital to help me stay hydrated!

Love Liquid I.V. Especially in the summer when it is so easy to get dehydrated. The strawberry is my favorite!

My husband discovered Liquid IV during the pandemic when he first had Covid. Anytime we have been sick, at the first sign of being sick, we instantly reach for Liquid IV. It can be mixed into any liquid. Packed full of vitamins, it gives your body the boost it needs to fight the germs. It’s not a cure, but helps your immune system. You won’t be as sick as you would be.

It was ok. I've had better effects with other brands, didn't really notice a difference with this one.

Liquid I.V. is my go-to drink in the morning after going out with friends to get some electrolytes! Super delicious and easy to bring with you anywhere, my friends are always asking me for them.

The taste is, of course, salty. I do like any flavor but the lime lemon is just too bitter and not good. The packets are great for having in purse or car. I use them once a day usually in the morning with my meds. I notice I don’t need to drink as much water throughout the day due to massive thirst after I have one. They are a bit expensive but honestly worth the ease of use.

Liquid IV has been a great asset in my day to day routine to help increase my water intake. The golden cherry flavor has been an all time favorite!

Works pretty good but not amazing. For hydration I find pedialyte works better. Also gave liquid iv to a family member after drinking and it made them puke. Flavors are all decent!

I used liquid IV after a bachelorette party weekend. I feel it really helped hydrate and the flavor was pretty good. I think liquid IV’s flavoring is some of the best on the market. I wish the price point was lower, but it is a quality product.

Overall meh. Super sugary.

I love this product. It's perfect for everyday use when needing more hydration or even perfect after a wild night out. I haven't tried a flavor that I didn't enjoy.
