I like that there are sugar free options with stevia, although currently I still don’t care for stevia. I have tried a few of the non sugar-free options including lemon-lime, golden cherry, and strawberry lemonade. I only like the strawberry lemonade one, and I dilute it so it’s less vitamin-ey. It’s GMO free, and it’s easy to carry with me to add to water later.

Liquid iv tastes delicious and is always a great option for whenever you need it. These were my hangover cure for a bit and I’d always drink one before going out and drinking. I’m fairly picky on the flavor as they all tend to taste a bit more salty than I care to sip on so I really only use them when I’m needing some electrolytes.

My go-to when I’m really in need of a hydration boost. Live the lemon-lime and always carry one in my bag - I just make sure to mix it in AT LEAST 20oz of water or else it’s way too salty for me.

As a terrible water drinker, I love how simple it is to include Liquid IV in my routine and how good it tastes! I absolutely love the flavors they have, specifically golden cherry. It makes it so easy to drink my water and stay hydrated even with my active lifestyle.

I absolutely LOVE Liquid IV! I've been using their packets for years and feel like they help me replenish my body so much after a night out or a long day of physical activities. My friends and I always keep a few on hand around the house, I can't live without them!

It does hydrate but the taste could be better. The packaging is nice and I do enjoy the look but the taste is kind of chalky an watered down.

After moving to Arizona, keeping hydrated during the summer has become a major priority for me. I bought these at Costco and was really surprised at how delicious the passionfruit flavor was. Definitely on the salty side (as to be expected with any electrolyte based water enhancement) but flavorful and definitely helped curb heat headaches.

really good for staying hydrated. replenishes fluids quickly. great for day to do or traveling. i try not to drink it every day but on the days i feel dehydrated it recharges me quickly

It's just okay for what it is. If you're not a water drinker AND love overly sugary drinks, this might be for you. The taste is incredibly artificial and quite syrupy. I wouldn't purchase again for myself but would get for someone who is struggling to stay hydrated and needs that extra boost.

I was pretty disappointed with the Liquid IV. I've tried multiple flavors but I don't seem to like the taste. For the price as well, I feel you can find a better tasting and more affordable option.

Overall I do enjoy liquid IV and has helped me stay hydrated as a perpetually sweaty person. Whether its my morning commute in a jam packed PATH train or just a really long run, I sometimes need a little boost in terms of electrolytes & overall hydration. I prefer sticks over buying Gatorade primarily because I can easily control the sweetness level by choosing my own ratio to powder to water. I often drink a Liquid IV in parts since pouring the whole thing into water at once can be a lot of sweetness. If its too sweet for you, try adding more water or playing with your ratios! I also don't drink this everyday, just when I feel a little off balance or know I've sweated too much for one day. I like the flavors enough and they are sold at Costco (can't go wrong with the lemon-lime flavor and a nice bulk deal). It is difficult at times to fully dissolve the powder but pre-mixing some with water before adding more water usually does the trick.

So I won’t lie I am over 40 and it doesn’t take many drinks for me to have a hangover in the morning (3 drinks). I have gotten in the habit of taking Liquid IV before I go to bed and when I wake up (if needed) after having a couple drinks. It definitely helps keep my hydrated and those hangover headaches have been a thing of the past. I don’t like how sugar and extra ingredients are in them. I don’t have them everyday only maybe once or twice a month. So it definitely does what it says it will do! Just be mindful of the ingredients!

liquid iv helps with my POTS SO SO MUCH!! I go from hardly being able to get out of bed to going out with friends and feeling almost normal! Seriously helps manage my health condition❤️

For the first time I haven’t noticed any difference and after a couple of uses, i realized i feel more hydrated for less amount of water intake

Makes staying hydrated super easy and efficient. The flavors are great and they have tons of variety. Awesome product!

I love these so much!! After I had my baby these helped me stay hydrated so I could produced breast milk!

This is a good concept but not a fan due to the levels of added sugar in the product, there are many alternative brands that offer hydration and electrolyte supplementation without added sugar such as LMNT (<3) that are much, much healthier. In my opinion this is the equivalent of drinking a gatorade with the level of sugar that is in it. Or even a soda tbh.

I have been a fan of Liquid IV since I first tried it! I mix one in a drink before going out and I feel much better the next day. Golden cherry and pina colada are my favorite flavors!

Good product, does what it says it will do. Sometimes flavors are too sweet.
