These are a great addition to our water. It helps my husband and I to actually want to drink it which we struggle with. Plus we get extra vitamins and minerals along with added electrolytes. It's super easy to prepare one at home or on the go with just a single serve bottle of water.

Great flavors! I haven't tried a flavor I have not liked. Golden Cherry is my go to. I live in a warm climate, so when its 100+ degrees these help me stay hydrated. Its perfect post warm outdoor run, and I never feel dehydrated later in the day, which has happened when I've only had water post workout.

Lived on theae at bonnaroo and disney world! Definitely help with hydration and energy! My whole family used them at disney. My best friend and i could npt have survived bonnaroo without them in the extreme heat!

I would give the regular flavors 3 stars and the sugar free 5 stars. The regular flavors have too much sugar for me, and seem to have more of a salty taste. The sugar free sherbet is the best in my opinion.

Liquid IV goes into my car, my purse, my kids backpacks, my husband's golf bags. I did beach bags for my girlfriends on a trip we took to the beach and these saved us! We love Liquid IV for a quick pick me up after a night out, drinks, or even just to rehydrate!

Liquid IV flavors are delicious - unlike most other electrolyte providers. I’ve had the popsicle flavor ever day for months. They rejuvenate me!

These are a God send in high heat environments. I live in a place where it gets to a point where you're like "i really cant drink any more water, I need something more to stay hydrated." This is where Liquid IV comes in. I cannot recommend it enough

Sure, Liquid IV is hydrating. The flavors are delicious. However, I think it's far too sugary, and ultimately leaves me feeling like I could've just drunk a Coca Cola. I do believe there are much healthier (read: less sugary) hydration electrolyte brands on the market now.

Absolutely the best way to stay hydrated. I am am not only a busy Mother of a toddler, but I’m also 8 months pregnant. Hydration is key and Liquid IV has saved me more than I can count! Definitely worth the buy and will continue to support this brand.

This powder is easy to use. Just open and put in the bottle with water. It is not just test good, it is also hydrates and bring you mineral and vitamins that been lost during sports or hot day. Highly recommend!

Liquid I.V. sells drink mixes for any occasion that are packed with electrolytes. It has a lot of store advertising for them which makes people feel it's a new trend to consume such things daily, especially after sports.

Couldn’t live without Liquid IV! Texas is miserable, concerts, workouts, and life are all better with Liquid IV!

Love th flavors and think the product works well. My biggest issue is the consistency of the mixture. I have referred to it as “thickquid IV” because of this. This is not an issue I’ve had with similar projects on the market.

I didn't use for long as I found out I really only needed the product occasionally. I still have a couple packets left. The product worked. I can't say I loved the taste but I did like the results.

This is a great product if you are in need of a little extra dose of energy and electrolytes. I don’t believe in drinking things like this all the time but I do really appreciate this product when I need some extra hydration. It tastes pleasant and it works. It’s easy to pop in your Stanley and great to take along if you are traveling. It packs easily and is compact.

Liquid IV can help to get your electrolytes up after a bout with the flu and is a great way to increase your water intake for those that don't like to drink plain water. The flavors are great, and it doesn't have a salty taste.

I like Liquid IV, but definitely not something I can drink daily. I love it in the summer on hot days, when travelling, working out, or when I need a change in what I have been drinking lately. I love that they have been coming out with new flavors! It is really sweet, and feels like it changed the viscosity of the water a bit and has more of an oily texture - but not in a bad way! I dilute it and only use half a pack at a time, and it's much more enjoyable for me that way. Great for travel, working out, and hot days!
