Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

I was so excited to try out Liquid I.V after seeing all of the ads on social media and Tik Tok for it, but I honestly have to say that after trying out a few different flavors, I found it to be a bit too salty for my liking. I know that is due to the electrolytes in them, but I found it hard to drink an entire packet.

Great sports drink. Lemon ginger is delicious.

Lifesaver for my wedding - we passed these out to wedding guests 1) because it was 94 degrees and 2) because we were drinking alcohol. Liquid IV is a great way to prevent hangovers (or treat them the next day) and stay hydrated in the heat. Love the size as well - I always keep them in my purse and backpack for hiking. The taste isn't my favorite but it's short-lived.

I love the idea of Liquid I.V., but I'm not a big fan of the taste of stevia. If they used a different sugar replacement, I would be more likely to purchase.

This works but too much sugar for my taste!

Definitely works for hangovers. Even when I’m too nauseous to keep anything down, liquid iv is the safest bet. However it is super sweet - wish it was less sweet.

I really love this product. I go through phases of not enjoying plain water so I rely on these to make sure I'm staying hydrated. Super flavorful and convenient!

This stuff is a miracle saver for someone who forgets to drink water throughout the day. I always bring it with me on trips and events!

I am a liquid IV fan for life now that I’ve used this product. These are the first electrolyte packs that actually helped me to feel more hydrated and less parched!

I finally tried liquid IV recently (It was on sale at Costco) because I was often buying overpriced Gatorade after a night of drinking (sometimes getting it delivered making it even more expensive) so I thought I'd give this a try. The taste is better, I always have it, it's super easy to travel with after flights, and way more cost-effective. This is now my go-to for a hydrating replenishment drink! Also, the fact that it's powdered vs bottled makes this an environmental switch as well since it takes less fuel to ship & I can use water in a glass at home instead of plastic to make it - I obviously have purchased bottled water to use while traveling but it's nice that I have an option.

my go to hydration supplement. I haven’t tried a flavor I didn’t like + i’m comfortable letting my toddler sip on mine! I like how easy they are to carry on the go!

I was super skeptical of this but I actually think this works! I live in the south, and when I drink this before I go on a run I don't feel fatigued or dehydrated.

My husband and I drink these quite often. They are great for after a workout or pre/post drinking. I mainly drink just plain water so it's nice to have something to mix it up!

Very good! I felt so hydrated after a long day. The flavor may take a little getting used to for me though.

I love the flavors! I agree with some of the other commenters that you might not QUICKLY feel effects, but it's definitely one of the better-tasting electrolyte supplements I've tried.

pretty good, other versions of this taste horrible but liquid iv was not bad, especially fun to take with friends and even if you don't feel much it certainly doesn't hurt and is worth the money

This product needs so become a STAPLE for everyone. My life is changed for the better after adding Liquid IV to my everyday routine. It's very hard for me to drink enough water in the day and I'm constantly dehydrated. All that has changed by introducing Liquid IV into my everyday life, plus they taste amazing.

Simple to use and easy to pack. We have them around in places - they definitely increase water intake because i feel like i want to drink the entire container. Can be a bit off putting if water volume isnt high enough
