Customer service was stellar. I had someone walk me through all of my skin's needs and personally pull and adjust my shopping cart to tell me the items that would work best for my needs. 10/10... That said, I'm just not a fan of the products that much. Price is right. Results are underwhelming. Face feels sticky after using serums and moisturizers.

I felt like the customer service was fine for me. I never got charged out of turn, either. The products themselves were just severely underwhelming. Not believing they do anything more than drugstore alternatives. The influencer scene with this brand is annoying.

BLONDES – DON'T SLEEP ON OLAPLEX. It's pricey, but with this you get what you pay for. Can't speak to the ACTUAL health of my hair with all the damage I've done, but it feels and appears to be in better hands whenever I remember to use Olaplex.

I've tried a few products from Glossier, and overall nothing was bad about the makeup. It was just... unremarkable.

It's how I'm building my library now. Great book suggestions! It's also awesome to get new releases at a reduced cost! Can't recommend this more.

Apples to Apples for late nights. It's dirty, it's funny, it's a staple on road trips. It does, however, get a little dull/predictable after a few plays.

I have the Catalina weekender and it's truly the best duffle/tote I've ever had. It is QUALITY.

OOOOO this brand is not just sexy packaging. It's DELICIOUS. It goes well on literally any and everything. Breakfast taco? Duh. Pizza? Of course. Would I try it on a waffle? Wouldn't be my first choice but I'd try it.

It's the only brand I consistently reach for. The leggings are compressive without making it hard to eat/drink/move. I also love their website and the diversity of the models. Makes it an every-person's brand.

At their conception, they wanted to create a brand that was more affordable than major competitors. I feel like their clothes are worth the money, but are definitely reaching into those price ranges they were trying to avoid.

It cleans your teeth- yes. It's design is sleek and modern- yes. The subscription aspect is convenient- yes. But it's just an okey product to me. My traveling tube/cap grew mold in it after the first use. It's a toothbrush... water's going to get in it. I also wouldn't recommend it for sensitive gums. Overall, it's alright, but there are other brands out there I'd rather use.
