I have been using these for years. It's super easy to add one to your water bottle before or after you drink or when you're sick and need to add electrolytes. They taste pretty good too! They are easy to through into your purse if you are on the go!

Awesome for when you’re out in the sun all day or to cure a hangover. I keep them in my car and backpack just in case.

On my first try of these, the consistency threw me off a little bit. It didn't taste like a normal drink mix. But once I found the flavors I loved I am all for it. These really help me out as a teacher who forgets to drink a lot of water. I get dehydrated easily and love that there is a product that can help keep me hydrated with little effort.

I am a cross country and track runner, and I drink Liquid IV before every race. It gives me the electrolytes I need to feel energized and run my best. They come in many amazing flavors. I definitely recommend.

We used these for our bachelorette weekend hangovers—they taste a bit unpleasant, but they WORK.

I use Liquid I.V. occasionally, when I need a pick me up or after post-drinking nights! I wouldn't say it's the best tasting, but it definitely does what it promises, and I feel a bit more hydrated than before. I do wish that they would come out with a version with no added sugars.

It does what it says, doesn’t taste bad. Alittle too syrupy for my taste but i don’t mind it especially because i feel extremely hydrated after having it.

Pretty good taste, but not noticeably better than any other rehydration aid. It’s worth a try.

I love this product. I'm a consistent buyer. All of the flavors taste amazing. My personal favorite flavor is Tangerine. I love this product, I give it a 150/100. I love to have a bag of these to add to my water, when I'm at work.

Amazing for athletes or active people! The flavored ones are yummy, and comparable to Gatorade, but work so much better than Gatorade and are much more convenient.

Great to have on hand- my daughter-in-law packed us a few of these when we were on vacation. They definitely came in handy. Easy to use, tastes great!!!

These taste good, but probably not a must have based on the price. Good to keep on hand for when a headache strikes.

Definitely a lifesaver!

Liquid I.V. has been my savior for the extra hydration I need. I was first introduced to Liquid I.V. when I was hungover at a friend's house, within 2 hours my headache subsided and I felt so hydrated. I love Liquid I.V. and they have so many flavors to choose from.

Gets the job done. Flavors are great. No complaints all around.

Want to go out but have things to do the next day? This product is awesome for nights out. Drink one before going out and you will feel fine the next day. Truly got me through my college days.
