Great for a long haul flight, a night out or simply just a low water consumption day. Easy to leave in your bag in case of emergencies. Lemon-lime flavor is the best!!

I love the strawberry one! I'm a college student so I'm always busy and don't have much time to eat or drink. The liquid IV makes sure I get the energy and electrolytes I need to carry on with my day.

Love the single packaging which convenient on the go and for kids to use. Helps for recovery I feel

The powder doesnt dissolve that quick but it does taste pretty good and it does help with energy.

I like liquid IV. I don’t mind the taste. I would say that the product gets really hard after a few months in storage. Usually I just dissolves the same, but I did think that’s odd. The flavors are messy pretty good but the ones that are bad I really bad in my opinion. Overall I like them, but I understand why other people don’t.

Liquid IV is by far the best tasting electrolyte drink mix. The rest are so salty tasty.

The taste of liquid I.V. makes me stay away from repurchasing. I'm also not sure how well the electrolyte effect worked for me. I feel like I was better off drinking pedialyte.

This stuff really helps when you’re sick or hungover! I would recommend it proactively, but it also helps as a sort of “remedy” so to speak. Definitely a lifesaver for me on a few occasions. Make sure you mix it with enough water or it tastes too strong and super salty!

This stuff is incredible!! It’s my number one hangover cure and really helps in any situation where I’m feeling low energy and dehydrated! If I’m out in the sun all day and feeling that exhaustion from dehydration I have one pack of these in my water and feel so much better! They are pretty sweet but the sugar is necessary for the electrolytes to work

I live in Canada and unfortunately, they do not sell in Canada. I drive to the states to get myself and bag from Costco every time, love love love it!

Liquid IV works well as a rapid rehydrator—however, as the leading name in this area; it is sugar loaded. If you appreciate the salty taste, or want nothing else but the salts you need, I would suggest other brands before Liquid IV.

I love the idea here but I had to cut one packet 4 ways to enjoy it. WAY too sweet for someone who thinks La Croix has flavor. Also the carb/sugar amount ain’t it. There are way better products on the market that aren’t as terrible for you. HOWEVER it did help me feel less hungover/more hydrated so it does its job. Just not the brand/ingredients I’m going to continue using.

I’ve only tried the lemon lime which I love and the strawberry which I though was too sugary, couldn’t stand the smell and was not a fan of the artificial flavor. Lemon lime is great tho

I've been using liquid IV on days I fast. These came in particularly handy during Ramadan. I love the ease of the travel packets that can go into any water bottle or glass I have on hand. The taste is refreshing, and it's not too sweet. You can feel the hydration within a few hours.

Overall, I think that Liquid IV is just okay. It has a very high sugar content, which has put me off from buying it. It’s still a decent electrolyte mix, though, and I like most of the flavors.

Love the idea of this product and the portability, but realistically I could easily use a container and make the drink at home instead of creating more plastic waste

Great tasting and easy to dissolve formula. I actually feel a positive difference when I use liquid IV.

This electrolyte mixes are great.When I sip it I can feel my mouth way more hydrated than with regular water. They are practical and useful to carry. The flavor is nice. T they are a little expensive but serve their purpose well.
