Liquid I.V. earns strong reviews for fast, noticeable hydration—especially after workouts, travel, heat, and hangovers—while convenient single-serve packets and broad flavor variety (Lemon Lime, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Watermelon, Golden Cherry) stand out. However, many reviews flag overly sweet, sometimes salty flavors, a “thick” mouthfeel, undissolved grit, and high sugar/sodium; some prefer diluting with more water or the newer sugar‑free line, and a few question ingredient “cleanliness” or effectiveness versus competitors.

This product has saved my life on multiple occasions. I am obsessed with the passion fruit and lemon lime flavors. deliiiiicious! best hangover cure 100%.
Feedback
price is kinda steep but product is great so id say its worth the money
I keep liquid IV with me whenever I am traveling, especially in the summer months. Love the Passionfruit flavor. Not a huge fan of the rest, but I never get tired of the passionfruit. I love that the packaging makes it portable.
They taste great, but they don't work so well for me.
Feedback
They're tasty, but I get far better results from drip drop packets (similar mechanism and price) or biolytes (sold as a bottle and def more expensive).

It tasted good, but I didn't feel like it necessarily revived me after sweating. I felt like there was no change.
Bought the Strawberry flavor and didn't love it. However, I don't generally like flavored drinks of any kind. This will help with a hangover or being dehydrated for more innocent reasons, but so will Gatorade or Pedialyte. I'd just get one of those, drink some water, and be done with it. Liquid IV may be lower in sugar and have some vitamins and minerals that a sports drink doesn't. It's not going to kill you, but I don't think it's worth it.

The strawberry flavor is too sweet. I also think this product is a waste of money and is marketed to people with little to no knowledge about the body, or what an electrolyte is. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone because I think it's a ripoff.

It seems like I'm in the minority, but I have yet to feel like Liquid IV helps me feel any more hydrated than regular water. Friends always bring along a pack on trips and always recommend it to fight off hangovers, but I just haven't felt the benefits yet. It does taste better (not as salty) as others that I've tried, so I'm always open to trying it again to see if it finally works for me!

It definitely has a lot of sugar and some of the flavors are really not my vibe, so I have to be careful to only get the ones I know I prefer
Hungover? Hot day? Liquid IV is, IMO, the best electrolyte mix on shelf.

Great for travel / swear is prevents jet lag!
I never thought I'd like a product like this, but after using it at my wedding, I got hooked. I truly feel hydrated after even just half a packet. It still tastes a bit sugary to me, but overall recommend.
I’ve always really enjoyed Liquid IV and find it very refreshing, but with other alternatives coming to the market with less or no sugar, it’s not as frequently at the top of my list, but I do enjoy the original flavor and definitely still use it here and there.
Nice option for additional hydration without the extra calories or chemicals from a traditional sport drink. Packaging is also great and easy to throw in a bag when traveling.
I'm not sure if this works? Meant to provide hydration and naturally is used by people to potentially help with hangovers. I've had mixed results.
Way too sugary in my opinion. I didn't feel a difference when I consumed it, other than the sugar.

Can you decrease the sugar content?

I am honestly not a big fan of Liquid IV. I wanted to love it but I feel like these have a salty, and a thick texture to it and im just not a big fan.
As a frequently traveling DJ, I am used to long nights and, occasionally, longer morning-afters. As such, staying on top of hydration is key. Liquid I.V. makes it east with these pouches that are now a travel essential.
I love that these are so easy to have in hand whether that’s for a hike after the gym or when you just need a boost of hydration! They can be on the sweeter side as they do have sugar, but over all have enjoyed these!
I’ve ordered this before and it has definitely helped me hydrate. However, it is a bit too sweet for my taste.
When I need a boost this is great. It does have added sugar tho so be careful if you’re not a sugar person
Bought these for wedding bag favors since they are very popular with the younger crowd. Didn’t care for them myself. Didn’t like the texture. Reminded me of colonoscopy prep.

I’m sure it does the trick for dehydration, but don’t care for it. Myself would rather drink a Gatorade

Way too sweet for me. I like the individual packets and I’ll use half of the recommended amount.

I wish there was less sugar in these!

Good tasting electrolyte drink. Good to drink on an active day, during a bike ride, or after a night of drinking.
