I appreciate the wide selection of flavors. Unfortunately I don’t notice any additional hydration effects using this product.

Take on all my trips and on my long days at work! If you can’t get enough water in it is a great alternative! Not the best taking but gets the job done

This is a life saver after a long night of drinking. I started to down a bottle of water with this after going out and the next morning I’m not nearly as groggy or hungover. Not the end all be all of hangovers but definitely helps to fight it off

I use these often and they’re convenient to find in stores and take anywhere . I like the option of added energy or just regular hydration

A friend offer me one on a hot day and I was super thirsty. I felt so much better afterward. I keep these with me all the time, especially during the summer.

Liquid IV always works wonders in replenishing my body with what it needs when I’m either sick or hungover! And it tastes amazing, just like Gatorade, but much better for you.

Hangover cure! They taste so good and they have a pretty minimal amount of sugar which is super nice.

I prefer liquid iv in taste compared to all other hydration multipliers that I have tried. The only thing I wish was different was the sugar content. That and the sodium is much higher than other brands.

I use every single day and it makes me feel more awake. So far Strawberry is my favorite flavor!

TASTE awesome. COMPACT great for travel and easy to mix with water. Have taken this on many camping, travel, pregnancy journeys.

It honestly does make me feel more hydrated and I love the flavors. My go to hydration enhancer.

These were a little salty and had a higher sugar content than I would like. I was gifted these by a friend to try out and while the product works, I do think there’s better alternatives on the market as far as taste and cost.

These drink packets are SO tasty and make reaching daily water intake goals super easy. The flavors are delicious and unique and there are so many to choose from that there is something for everyone. I usually use a packet with around 32oz. of water instead of the recommend 16oz. because they are pretty sweet though. I recently also tried the melatonin packets for sleep and they did the trick. The current sleep flavor is alright but I hope they expand it to more flavors in the future.

It feels as if you are drinking a bomb of sugar. It was recommended to me by a friend to drink when I was breastfeeding but I could not get past the first sip of water. It’s too sweet

I tried a few different products to add a little boost to my daily water intake, before being recommended this brand and from first sip I was OBSESSED! The strawberry flavor is my all time favorite and the Wild Berry Immune Support comes in second. Would definitely recommend! I genuinely have had a Liquid IV almost every day for the past two months and don’t foresee myself getting sick of it anytime soon! The only thing I think could make it better is an alternative to the added sugar but besides that no complaints 💕

Flavors are good however, I only purchased these once due to the high sugar content. Would love to see a product with far less sugar content.

I buy these in bulk to keep at home (I have hydration issues), but also recently bought them for a build-your-own goody bag station for my cousins 36th birthday. People were obsessed and drinking them by the end of the night! Portable, effective and tastes good! I always have a few on hand, just in case!
