These are the best!!! Whenever I’m hungover I take one of these the next day and it helps me a lot. Or whenever I need hydration, this cures it instantly.

Great products. Too much sugar in a serving

One of the first hydration and electrolyte products I ever used and still enters my rotation of supplements often. Has never failed t help me prepare for and recover from training sessions or if I happen to be lacking in hydration on a particular day,

It works but is super sweet, almost undrinkable to me because it was so sweet. very effective hangover recovery.

Love this electrolyte replacement drink! I workout 6 times a week and drink one of these after each workout.

great tasting but in my opinion, only when added to a 40 oz flask! its too salty when just added to regular 16 oz water bottle but thats just my preference.

Too sweet. Too much sugar. I have to dilute it to enjoy it. Although this brand is more accessible and affordable. There are better electrolyte packets.

Love the taste. Better than Nuun. However, the number one ingredient is pure cane sugar. Whatever gets me to drink water!

Orange flavor is kinda weird, also tastes salty but it works

I've had hundreds of Liquid IVs - they provide the hydration needed whether for hangovers or while sick. I usually take one before drinking and/or the morning after. They taste good but that's probably because of the high sugar content. I think there are other more innovative brands in this space, however I do like the product.

Obsessed with liquid I.V! It’s definitely my go to drink/supplement for when I’m sick, dehydrated, hungover, etc! I haven’t found a different brand that works as well as liquid IV to rebalanced out your system when you’re not feeling the best. I like that there are a variety of flavors - I haven’t tried them all but the lemon lime flavor is my favorite. I also love that they come in individual packets which makes it so easy for travel and to take on the go. I always have some in my bag or backpack! Sometimes I even drink it before I go out for the night to make sure that my body stays hydrated :) Definitely will continue to purchase.

I love carrying a Liquid IV pack around with me. The taste is great, and both the packaging and powder itself is of high quality. I am hopeful the brand will release some options with less sugar, though.

We are frequent purchasers and mainly drink them after a long night out. If I had to pick a flavor, the tangerine would be my favorite. I do wish they had a flavor that isn’t super sweet.

A little sweet for my taste however did make me feel better once consumed!
