My family was really big into drinking this stuff. I thought it smelt horrible and tasted like medicine. I guess if your taste buds can handle it, I guess it is good for you. But doesn't many sports drinks with a better taste offer electrolytes?

Here's the thing. Is this mostly sugar, flavor, and salt/electrolytes? Yes. Is that exactly what you need after a long night out of when you've been slacking on the water and your skin looks a little dehydrated? Absolutely! I love that these are portable and can be easily dumped into your flat or sparkling water for a fun way to rehydrate - perfect to take along on a vacation!

Don't be scared off by the hefty price per box as the brand often advertises 25% off of a box on their social media. These have saved me after a hot beach day where I got a little dehydrated to mornings where hangovers could have been unpleasant. Highly recommend these in the original flavor!

Great, solid product! I drink this every other day in the summer and especially when traveling. Love the flavors (the Tangerine/Immunity one is my fave!) Just wish there wasn't as much sugar.

Flavors are great. I use these primarily for hangovers (especially preemptively when returning from the bar) and wake up feeling so much better.

I love liquid IV especially during the hot summer heat. It’s a quick way to rehydrate after and outside run and also very tasty!

I feel that this brand really works my only gripe is I'm not a fan of some of the flavors and it can be a little costly. Otherwise it really does a good job of getting you hydrated quicks!

I love Liquid IV and highly recommend it whenever I am sharing an electrolyte suggestion. They have so many flavors and options so there is something for everyone! Love that they are packets to bring with you on the go, too!

Hydrates well & tastes good!

I won't lie it's a great product it's definitely hydrating I'm not big on the flavor only because it does remind me a lot of pedialyte with that saline taste but in general it's a great product and great if you're hungover!

I have a hard time drinking this as the taste is so sweet and artificial. I do believe it works which is why I give it three stars but they should have an option for people who do not want to have such a sweet syrupy tasting drink

These are basically synthetic electrolytes and have way too much sugar. There are more natural ways to replenish your hydration without dumping sugar into the body. I found them to be to sweet and didn’t feel any hydration benefits.

Liquid I.V.'s Hydration Multiplier offers a mixed bag of flavors, with some hits and misses. Personally, I found the Tangerine flavor to be enjoyable, while the Passion Fruit was not to my liking, and the Strawberry flavor fell somewhere in the middle. It's worth noting that these hydration packets lean towards the expensive side. That being said, I found them to be effective in combating dehydration and alleviating hangover symptoms after a night out. If you're willing to invest in their restorative properties, Liquid I.V. can be a helpful option.

I have tried a lot of electrolytes and this one is one of my favorites. It’s a little more expensive than other brands, but the flavors are great and it’s not chalky when dissolving in water.

Tastes pretty good but also I am not picky with these types of drinks. Relatively affordable (when compared to pedialyte), and I think works... hard to tell I guess

Tastes good but I haven’t noticed a difference in hydration after using.

My husband and I enjoy using Liquid IV products after a night out or when travelling. I wish the sugar content was much lower. I tend to take these before bed, and I would rather not have the added sugar before trying to sleep.

Used to use these in college frequently, but now I think they're far too sweet.
