Life saver. Truly. Great for when I'm not getting enough water in. The taste is as good as I've been able to find for an electrolyte product.

I bought these for my dad. He is a type 2 diabetes and works outside at his Texas ranch. This works great to keep him hydrated and his sugar from dropping while he is working.

Delicious! Functional! What more do you need? Love this things. Easy to keep in your gym bag, purse, desk, wherever. I seriously try to drink water all day and I love it but sometimes I can't keep up. I had a few months were I thought something was wrong with me, i was dragging all the time but turns out I just needed some electrolytes! If i have an especially sweaty gym sesh or it's a really hot day, I'll add these to my routine. Otherwise, I keep on hand for when I feel "off" and gives me a little boost. Love the watermelon flavor especially, but they are all good. No weird fake sweetener taste to me.

While I appreciate the hydration boost provided by the electrolytes in this product, I often find the flavor to be too sweet. That said, the travel packs are very convenient. However, the price point is much higher than that of many of its competitors, without a noticeable difference in result.

Liquid IV is good, but I consider it to be quite overpriced for what it is. If you are trying to cure a hangover, just take any electrolytes rather than paying the upcharge for a name brand item. They all do the trick!

Honestly, I feel like they’re too poverty and don’t taste good. I mean they make you feel better but the taste isn’t something that I would say it’s my goal too and it doesn’t have that big of an effect but it’s still.

This brand is the best quality that you can get for electrolytes and making sure you get hydrated highest quality well make sure that you’re staying hydrated after a sweaty workout or drinking. Really easy to mix with drinks and taste good

I tried to sample of this at Costco and really liked it. It did not taste powdery and I like the variety of flavors in a pack. I think it is a little expensive for just being drink mix. I like the colorful packaging.

Liquid IV has become a regular product in my life. I feel good getting all the electrolytes and hydration. I feel like it helps prevent headaches and keeps my energy more stable throughout the day. Great after a workout.

I like the single serve packets that are convenient and easy to use. It also comes in many flavors for variety. It is not too sweet and a great way to replenish electrolytes.

I always get this for decent price at Costco! Their packets are compact enough to fit into my small purse, and it’s delicious. It lets me drink more water. I also donated some to the firefighters, and they loved it.

We drink a lot of LiquidIV in my household! We even put them in our wedding welcome bag for our guests. I like to drink one before indulging in adult beverages. I find that I wake up less hungover and less dehydrated. I wish they had a flavorless option so I could add it to my own beverages.
