An easy way to have electrolyte supplementation on the go. I like having small packets to make drinks with the concentration I want, without the bulkiness of a large bottle.

Lower sweetness drink mix options would be beneficial. Expanding into the greens, collagen, and hyaluronic acid markets would be great to see for this brand as well!

I love these as a hangover cure or if I’m sick and need electrolytes. Pedialyte doesn’t agree with my stomach so when I found these I was super excited for an alternative. I like that they are super portable and can be found in some stores and online.

Some of the flavors are better than others and the product itself is high in sugar but overall I think it works really well when you need it.

Loved the flavors and the benefits from it. Easier to find in stores than packets of pedialyte, but still did not love the thicker texture of the drink after mixing. Similar to coconut water - so if thats your thing these would be a 5/5

Great for flavoring water and to drink before going out or before drinking to avoid hangovers! Wide variety of flavor options too!

I use this product regularly after a workout, to recover from a night out, and when hiking. I also bing it along when I am flying or traveling to help me stay hydrated and fight jet lag. I helps me feel revived and boosts my energy. I find that I prefer it more diluted than the pkg call for. It is very sweet. I like the various flavor option. Passion fruit is my favorite.

I like the idea but honestly the taste is pretty bad. I’m no stranger to water additives but this one was hard to get through. My friends drink them all the time though so maybe I’m just being picky.

It takes a lot of water to dilute the powder and even then the taste is pretty strong. I didn’t notice that much of an improvement in hydration but other people in my life are recurring purchasers so it must work for some people.

I’ve tried many of the flavors and like how much it enhances my water. As an athlete, hydration is super key so having a way to enjoy drinking a lot of water is great.

I love this product before(or after) a night of drinking, it definitely helps with hangovers! i'll also use it when I feel super dehydrated but moreso I use it for drinking. if you mix it well enough, you won't get that gritty texture. it blends pretty well with water.

the flavors are sometimes too sweet, and mostly, a packet of liquid IV has too much sugar. I wish there was less sugar!

Wonderful until I started becoming sick from these. Turns out they are no longer gluten free and continue to test positive for gluten despite the manufacturers saying gluten free.

Ditch the gluten or stop calling them gluten free. Having celiacs is hard enough. Poisoning myself for weeks has been horrible.

A little sour. I had the lemon lime and I don’t always like the taste of sour patch kids in the morning. I also won’t drink a gallon of water just to oversaturate it.

The taste wasn’t for me. It was too sweet and hard for me to drink. It was sweeter than a Gatorade. I drank a cup after being hungover and didn’t feel relief instantly or hours after.

Anytime my husband goes golfing or out drinking, he always ensures he takes a couple of liquid IV packages with him to ensure he stays hydrated! We even included 2 of these packets in our wedding weekend welcome bags and people said they were a necessity for the weekend.

We have tried almost every flavor and strawberry and tangerine are my husbands favorite flavors. I sometimes struggle with the aftertaste but worth it whenever I’m feeling sluggish from not drinking enough water.

Not only are the flavors great, but it gives me peace of mind to know that I can quickly hydrate myself after a long flight, a night our, or as a quick pick-me-up.

The powder takes a long time to dissolve into water. I use a shaker bottle to make sure the powder fully dissolves and it works best.

I’ve used Liquid IV for 2 reasons over the past few months. First, I used Liquid IV during my bachelorette party weekend after nights of drinking, and I truly believe Liquid IV helped me return to equilibrium and avoid hangovers. I used Liquid IV in the evening and by the morning I felt completely normal, whereas usually I’d wake up with a headache or nausea. Second, I’ve used Liquid IV during and after exercise. I think it’s particularly useful for regaining electrolytes especially after intense, sweaty exercise. I wouldn’t use it in lieu of exercise nutrition since it’s relatively low in calories, but I like it for electrolyte replacement. I’ve only tried the lemon-lime flavor, but I think it’s very tasty.
