Super tasty! I mixed it with creatine after a workout and it made the creatine much more drinkable. The easy tear packets are super portable and make it super easy to keep in my car or backpack. The flavor variety is 10/10, there are so many to choose from. My favorite is the golden cherry.

As someone who gets horrendous hangovers after literally one drink, I’d say this has really worked for me!!

I absolutely love these! They taste great!

The first time I tried this it had an overwhelmingly salty taste. I probably wasn’t dehydrated enough. The second time I tried it I spent all day on a boat and had little water so this came in clutch.

This product is great for restoring electrolytes after an even for heavy drinking. It's similar to pedialtye.

I truly didn’t think this product worked but I get terrible headaches when I feel like I’m dehydrated. On days when I feel a headache coming on, the liquid iv really helps!

I love Liquid IV. Taste is good & if you buy at costco is is pretty affordable.

I did not notice any type of increase in energy. However, I did notice I was getting better sleep.

For a while, my friend used to hand these out every time we drank together (which was, unfortunately for my body, at least once a week). Suffice to say we have collectively tried all the flavors. I would never be able to finish a bottle of water with this in it. All the flavors are very sweet so it made it hard for me to take more than a small sip after taking a shot. I basically used it as a chaser since the flavor was strong enough to cover the taste of alcohol. Maybe that's a plus for it. But as for hydration, I would probably stick with just water.

This product is an amazing solution for hydrating after a night out or before a long run. The flavors keep me coming back over other competitors.

This product showed traces of gluten, despite being labeled gluten free.

I like LiquidIV. I can tell when I have a dehydration headache and these will get rid of it. I only substitute this for water or tea when it’s been a busy day.

I absolutely love LiquidIV I swear by it as a hangover cure. It’s also great for traveling. Some of the flavors are a hit or miss the lemon lime is my favorite.

An easy way to have electrolyte supplementation on the go. I like having small packets to make drinks with the concentration I want, without the bulkiness of a large bottle.

Love the size of the packaging, it's perfect for putting into a water bottle when I am on the way out the door.
