Great to have when you go do activities. It’s hard for me to drink a lot of water so I like to think this helps me stay hydrated. My father in law always has a couple of these to drink during his golfing days.

These truly work at preventing hangover or if you already have a hangover.

I never drink enough water and at the end of the day I always feel so dehydrated, so this product was excellent. Not only do I feel far more hydrated and healthy, but it also tastes fantastic! It is perfect for a hangover or just a day where you are lacking in your water consumption. (My go-to flavor is strawberry) I love this!

My personal favorite flavor is Passion Fruit! The flavor is more of an accustomed taste, because it is both sweet and salty. But, I really like the flavor and it gets me to drink a whole glass of water when I need to. Not sure if I feel too much of difference with it though.

Good in small doses. No real benefits.

A classic for after a night out, bach party, or just to get your electrolytes up on a hike. Taste is good; on the sweet side.

Tastes great and helps you feel hydrated

Taste is good however it has too much sugar. This product is not diabetic friendly or someone that is looking to cut their sugar intake. A total of 11 grams per stick. There are other products out there that do not have this much sugar in their electrolyte mix.

I’ve tested the the lemon lime flavor. Overall I liked it. I feel hydrated when I drink one. I tend to consume a lot of water anyway, but on days when I’ve had less than I want I try to use a liquid iv.

Tastes great, small size and easy to carry. Very flavorful. Easy to open.

I love these! They are especially helpful for hangovers, and bring you back to life quickly feeling very hydrated. The cotton candy and lemon lime are my favorite!

They're healthier than other electrotype drinks, and they're refreshing

Easy to use and decent flavor. A little too sweet tasting. Only concern is the sugar content. Really high sugar is surprising since my first impression from marketing was that this was “healthy.” Which compared to traditional sports electrolyte drinks it is. However, I feel that the sugar content could be reduced. I bought a bag at Costco a year ago and sparingly use it due to sugar level in the product.

I thought the product was very helpful. When on a hike, it really is a boost to your energy and feel hydrating in that moment, the only drawback being, it will make you thirstier later. Most of the flow it’s are good.

These were okay! I think they're a bit overpriced and overhyped. I think in a pinch they're useful and some people may feel like they're helpful with hangovers.

Received this in a subscription box and was excited to try it after hearing all of the hype. It had an flavored alka seltzer/emergen c taste which it wasn’t a fan of. If you don’t mind that kind of flavor then you’ll probably enjoy it. In my case, I found it undrinkable with water.

Genuinely helps hangovers while being travel friendly! Not a cure-all though so keep that in mind.

As someone who experiences the mid-day slump daily this is the perfect pick me up. I always feel hydrated and refreshed after drinking!

I am obsessed with these, especially after a super dehydrating workout or to help cure a horrible hangover. They taste good, are easy to transport, and fairly reasonable in price when purchased in bulk from Costco.

Super easy to use. I love it for after a workout. Tastes sweet, but not too sweet. I’m from Florida and it’s pretty humid so it’s a must have when my family goes skiing or on vacation in dry climates!
