Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

I use Liquid IV for concerts, music festivals, and even on a night out on town. One thing to keep in mind is that it has a lot of sugar. Always supplement with a lot of water. I usually dilute my mix with more water.

I don’t drink alcohol so I can’t say anything about this products hangover healing power, but I didn’t notice it do anything extraordinary in the hydration department. I do prefer this over Gatorade though for the times my stomach is feeling uneasy.

Liquid IV is incredible. The first time I used the product I had severe strep and could barely drink anything and was getting very dehydrated. I added the powder to my water and started to slowly feel better. I predominately use it now to try and combat hangovers and it's the best. If I know I'm going to be drinking heavily, like for a bachelorette weekend or a birthday, I'll drink one or two waters with Liquid IV during the day and then one or two the next day. I feel pretty close to human.

I've tried a quite a bit of the different varietals(Passion Fruit, Lemon Lime, Acai Berry, Watermelon and Strawberry) and they were all pretty good. My favorite might be the Acai one. As far as eliminating my hangover - It didn't do much for that.

Liquid IV is a great product that always comes in handy. I mostly use it for hangovers or whenever I feel dehydrated. They have a large variety of flavors which I love. I find some flavors more salty or sweet than others, but you have lots of options.

Whenever I've had too much to drink the night before always grab some liquid IV to help. I love the taste and how easy it is to always have one on the go

I love the strawberry lemonade flavor…. But that’s really the only one I’ll drink. I typically reach for a liquid iv after an intense hot yoga sesh, and it usually seems to do the trick.

I used liquid IV for the first time the other day when I was feeling very dehydrated. I brought me back to life! I felt so much better having the electrolytes being added to my water instead of reaching for a soda or sugary drink!

Overall wasn’t super impressed with results from LiquidIV. Had a rush of hydration for 30 minutes but it didn’t stay.

I used Liquid IV during a beach trip. It worked pretty well for hydration, but the lemon flavor was not amazing. I would definitely try a different flavor.

This saves my life every time I visit Las Vegas and any vacay!

I did not like the flavors. I prefer Hydrant supplements over Liquid IV.

When i was working as a Ocean lifeguard i would always put Liquid IV in my water bottle. It always made me feel hydrated and not as hot since i’m in the sun.

Great flavor (tried the lemon lime [favorite] and strawberry) and keeps me hydrated during long summer days! I work outside in the direct sun for 7+ hours a day and it is super refreshing.

I feel more hydrated after drinking it.

I'm sure the electrolytes are good but the taste made it undrinkable to me. I have to stick with Powerade powder for now.

I have tried every flavor of the non-caffeinated kind (all good, favorite is strawberry). The energy one is not very tasty. They really do rehydrate you quick — blessing for hot exercise or hangover. Very sugary buT maybe can’t be helped.

These are my go-to electrolytes. I always keep some on me when I’m going out hiking or working out since they come in small, easy to open packages. I personally enjoy the sweet and salty taste a lot, which gives it a lot more flavor when compared to other electrolyte alternatives. Whenever I feel a bit dehydrated, I would just open a pack and mix it with my water and VOILA! I feel much better! A majority of the flavors are for hydration but the Lemon Ginger one is for energy so it is nice that there a variety of effects and flavors you can opt to choose.

I have a problem of not hydrating enough so I tried the strawberry hydration multiplier and I really enjoyed it. The flavor is good and I like that I can control the amount of sweetness I have for the amount of water I pour.
