Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

While I do appreciate the electrolytes, I don't like the taste (mainly the aftertaste) very much. I don't choose this product first, but I will drink it if offered.

Taste is really good like healthy Gatorade ! Don’t love how much sugar is in it though.

I really enjoy Liquid I.V. The brand has really great flavors (although I’m not a huge fan of the energy packets). I like to use them when I’m feeling sick or right after a hard workout and I feel like it alleviates a lot of the symptoms of feeling dehydrated.

I have been drinking Liquid IV for the past couple week. Not on a daily basis, but when I felt like I needed it and can say I can tell a difference. I love this product over the other brands and can say they do not cause the heartburn and gurd like the other products. I have read other review saying that they would like Liquid IV better if the sugar was replaced with a sugar sub., but please for all that is holy do not. For all of the people that can NOT use those substitute leave the sugar in. This is the first product I have found that I have been able to find I am actually able to tolerate due to this. Thank you.

It definitely does what it claims to do, it helps with hangovers and an overall feeling of hydration. But it has a very artificial taste, and doesn't work any better than a gatorade would.

These hydration packs come in a variety of flavors and they're very tasty! Great for hangovers and for dehydration during hot days.

I found this better than the other electrolyte drinks I usually use because of the inclusion of salt and the lack of sugar overload. I really liked how this was exactly what I needed as an athlete and really allowed me to keep going after an especially draining workout.

Horrible ingredients! So much sugar. Tried it once and really it must be so bad for you. Almost like drinking splendid with water. Not healthy at all.

Between Liquid IV and plain water, I did not notice much of a difference energy-wise. I did appreciate the portability of the package, but was unable to get past the flavor knowing I'd have to drink a whole bottle full of it. It tasted like straight sugar, in my opinion. And I'm not a sugary kinda girl. I'd give it another shot if it was not as sweet.

I purchased one of their lemon lime packs for my Disney trip this summer and it was disgusting! I had such high hopes, and I absolutely love the brand/theming, but the product itself was not good at all. I'm hesitant to try any more of their flavors considering how bad the lemon lime one was.

I drink these too often. I love the paste of the lemon lime and these work great for active people who simply forget to drink water and need extra hydration. They also work wonders on a hangover.

Love love love!!!! So tasty. I have a weird electrolyte issue and get super dizzy and faint with heart palpitations and this is the only thing that has improved my symptoms.

Liquid IV tastes great, is extremely convenient, and effective. We use these if we feel dehydrated or after a rough night, and it helps me feel refreshed very quickly after drinking it!

not bad but not great

It tastes far more like juice than the other electrolyte drinks which always just taste so watered down. I only needed half a package a day to stop the leg cramps. I would definitely recommend this above any other electrolyte drink.

It does what it’s suppose to do. *Hydrate* Especially, if you’re not feeling well, if you need a pick me up, or after exercising.

Tried Liquid IV because it was on sale at Whole Foods and it was just okay. Had it the night before drinking and I think it did help with the post-drinking fog, but having to drink it was a task. I had lemon lime, but I feel like I'd like the other flavors more. I do like the slim packaging, through; it's easy to carry on the go.

My family has box upon box of Liquid IV on hand at all times. My brother is an athlete and regularly uses this during practices and games. I prefer this as a hangover cure. Super tasty and such a lifesaver.

This is my life hack for everything— when i'm in need of hydration, when I'm craving a fun drink, when I'm traveling, when I got my COVID vaccines to counteract symptoms, etc. I always have one on me and these have changed my life.
