Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

During summer I tend to get headaches from the heat so I decided to try out Liquid IV and it truly made a difference. I love packing a few when we travel, when I'm going out, or when I'm outside all day. Sometimes I use half a packet and it gives my water just a little bit of flavor and it motivates me to drink more water too.

Does what it needs to. Compact. Easy messaging.

I absolutely love Liquid IV. For everyday use and for hangovers. I swear when you are hungover liquid IV actually changes my entire day. My favorite flavor is cotton candy but i also love the lemon lime.

Love these for my giant water bottle because they are larger sized and have some extra sweetness compared to other brands I’ve tested.

I like this product. The packaging is good and efficient. I wish they had a flavorless one. I’m not a fan of the flavors. I have less of a desire to add the Liquid IV because of the flavoring.

It’s amazing product, help you a lot in so hot days , lemon and passion fruit are my favorite.

Great concept but not so clean ingredients. Artificial sugar?

I love these! I tried the hydration multiplier + immune support in tangerine and it helped me to stay hydrated over summer and also tasted very good! I like how it comes in little packets so you can keep them in your purse for on-the-go stuff.

Great flavours and help keep you super hydrated. A whole packet can be very sweet - Sometimes I split them over two bottles of water.

I tried the tangerine and the flavor was very hard to get down. It did help with hangovers though

this stuff is a LIFESAVER. some days i feel like no matter how much water I drink, I can never feel fully hydrated. one of these feels like ive had 8 waterbottles all at once. it's VERY sugary/salty so I definintely dilute it a bit, but I feel much less bloated than if i were to have a gatorade

I freaking LOVE Liquid IV! I use one every day and it's so refreshing.

I thought it was just okay! I love the concept of liquid IV and that it's packed with electrolytes, but I didn't love the flavor. I drink this when I have parties and know I'm going to be drinking for the extra hydration, but it isn't for me on the daily.

It seemed to help keep me hydrated but it tasted very artificial.

These are perfect for those long days and nights where you just aren’t feeling all there and just need something to boost you from the inside. Down one right before a bike ride and I’m energized!

I really like having these when I have big weekends with my friends when we are doing a lot of activities in the sun or drinking, or both. Two Advil and a water with a liquid IV help prevent hangovers for me. I don't love all of the flavors but the strawberry is pretty good. They are a bit expensive but I still think they're worth the money for the benefit I feel they provide.

I generally buy these a few times a month. My go to is the Lemon-Lime. These are excellent when I need a little pick me up. These have been a life-saver during the pandemic.

I'm currently training for a mini-marathon and working on building my endurance & speed in the summer heat. My runs are typically at peak temps during the day, hitting 101 degrees, and LiquidIV has made each run easier with the number of electrolytes per pack & feeling less dehydrated after training.

The taste was the best part but I never felt as thought I had a really palpable dose of hydration as I was expecting. If you don’t like the non taste of water and need something to make it better this is perfect!
