I live in Las Vegas, where it gets upto 115 degrees in the summer. One year I had a job working outside, it was atrocious. I would mix one of those in my 32 Oz bottle of water and I would be set. It kept me hydrated all shift. I never felt sick from being dehydrated.

Love liquid IV it has become a part of my regular routine I drink at least one a day because I live in AZ and usually don't drink enough water

These are honestly really good, I tried the lemon lime flavor which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars (not a fan of lemon lime but this one was bearable). Im sure the other flavors would be amazing. These exceeded my expectations.

The idea behind this product is great. I use them before/after workouts where I sweat a lot. When I start cramping up, I immediately reach for one of these and it's truly amazing how fast it works to relieve the pain and rehydrate my muscles. Not a fan of the added sugars, so I don't use then as often as I would like, but they are definitely a pantry staple in my house.

Liquid IV keeps my hydrated 24/7! Especially like to drink it when I am sick!

I think there are better options out there for taste. But it doesn't hurt that Costco sells these in bulk. I honestly don't know how to tell if an electrolyte drink is working, so I can't say anything about the effectiveness of this product.

great product, it saves me on hangovers as well as on hikes. my only complaint is the amount of sugar (or sugar substitute). It is however better that Pedialyte so definitely a leg up there

I use liquid IV for days I’m feeling dehydrated, if I’m feeling a bit sick, or to cure a nasty hangover. I love the variety of flavors in the ease of use. My favorite flavors are strawberry or passionfruit, but I’m always looking to try their new flavors whenever they drop too! I think it’s 100% worth the money and I will always re-purchase. It makes it even easier that they’re sold at Costco to buy in bulk.

Great to use after a night out or when you're feeling overly dehydrated. Taste is pretty good and I don't mind drinking it!

I LOVE Liquid IV!! What an innovative product that is so easy to carry around with me to enjoy throughout the day. I have most of the flavors and love all of them. On my busiest of days it is nice to grab a Liquid IV and know I am getting the electrolytes I need with a great taste.

Love the flavor. East mixability without a chalky after taste. Great for after a heavy workout or when I’m feeling sick. OR more importantly when feeling hungover

I’ve worked with liquid IV for a while. They are amazing company to work with as well as the product themselves are very hydrating! I personally use them when I feel I haven’t drink enough water and need to catch up to feel hydrated for my workout.

I use this when traveling and after long runs. Works like a charm because if I’m drinking this, I’m usually already dehydrated and so they taste extra good.

I don't dislike Liquid IV by any means but it's definitely sweeter than I was expecting. I'm not into all of the fear-mongering around sugar but was surprised at how sweet it tasted. That said, I think it did it's job and I've still bought it a few times. The flavor profiles are pretty spot on!

Liquid IV is my spring of life during long days working on film production sets. Adding it to my water bottle gets me through. And lemon lime tastes so good, I'd choose to drink it even if it didn't have any health benefits just based on deliciousness. I love it! Having been a runner, a waitress, and now a production designer, I have used hydration supplements since the late 90s, but this product is leaps and bounds tastier than anything I'd tried before it, and seems to make me feel better almost immediately.

My favorite flavor is Golden Cherry! These are a daily staple for me! I can always tell when I don’t take my Liquid IV. It took me awhile to try it, as I had seen it hyped up everywhere and I was not sure if it would be worth it. Safe to say, I am now hooked!

Whether your at home, work, or traveling. Liquid IV is there to give you an extra boost of energy and hydration!
