I always carry a couple of packages for the night our - great for preventing hangovers or just hydrating during a workout! Comes in a lot of different flavors so you’re bound to find one that you like!

It works! I love drinking Liquid IV during workouts to replenish electrolytes quickly and keep going. There are a variety of flavors to choose from. The only thing I don't love is that it's sometimes uncomfortable to drink on an empty stomach, but I guess that comes with the territory of salty drinks :/

Not only does the product taste surprisingly good but you can feel this product working! I originally was taking these only as a recovery method, but due to the fact that I enjoy the taste, I work them into my daily routine. Great product!

My only complaint is when opening the individual package, every now and then some powder spills out.

I live in Las Vegas, where it gets upto 115 degrees in the summer. One year I had a job working outside, it was atrocious. I would mix one of those in my 32 Oz bottle of water and I would be set. It kept me hydrated all shift. I never felt sick from being dehydrated.

I love these little packets. Not are they only convenient but they taste really good, too. I tried passion fruit and tropical punch and they were both really good. I want to try all the flavors.

Love liquid IV it has become a part of my regular routine I drink at least one a day because I live in AZ and usually don't drink enough water

These are honestly really good, I tried the lemon lime flavor which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars (not a fan of lemon lime but this one was bearable). Im sure the other flavors would be amazing. These exceeded my expectations.

The idea behind this product is great. I use them before/after workouts where I sweat a lot. When I start cramping up, I immediately reach for one of these and it's truly amazing how fast it works to relieve the pain and rehydrate my muscles. Not a fan of the added sugars, so I don't use then as often as I would like, but they are definitely a pantry staple in my house.

I think there are better options out there for taste. But it doesn't hurt that Costco sells these in bulk. I honestly don't know how to tell if an electrolyte drink is working, so I can't say anything about the effectiveness of this product.

great product, it saves me on hangovers as well as on hikes. my only complaint is the amount of sugar (or sugar substitute). It is however better that Pedialyte so definitely a leg up there

I use liquid IV for days I’m feeling dehydrated, if I’m feeling a bit sick, or to cure a nasty hangover. I love the variety of flavors in the ease of use. My favorite flavors are strawberry or passionfruit, but I’m always looking to try their new flavors whenever they drop too! I think it’s 100% worth the money and I will always re-purchase. It makes it even easier that they’re sold at Costco to buy in bulk.

If you’re considering the brand and unsure if it’s a placebo, I’ve tried Gatorade and Pedialyte and still think that liquid IV is better. The results are immediate, and I can always tell in a fraction of the time that I feel so much better after drinking liquid IV. It tastes less sugary and artificial and I think it tastes great to mix it into other drinks too.

There's a very wide range of flavors on the website which I did not know about until some friends told me. I thought flavors were limited based on what I could find in store!

I LOVE Liquid IV!! What an innovative product that is so easy to carry around with me to enjoy throughout the day. I have most of the flavors and love all of them. On my busiest of days it is nice to grab a Liquid IV and know I am getting the electrolytes I need with a great taste.

I’ve worked with liquid IV for a while. They are amazing company to work with as well as the product themselves are very hydrating! I personally use them when I feel I haven’t drink enough water and need to catch up to feel hydrated for my workout.

I’m sure there’s tons of products like Liquid IV. I think working out a deal with bars and liquor stores to make them more prevalent in places where people would imbibe things that will dehydrate them could increase consumption.
