Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

I tried this product, I was looking for something to help hydrate after a long night at the club or an intense workout and this was something that came up in all my searches online. Since I had seen it so many times, I decided I must give it a try and I really had high expectations for this product. Immediately after mixing into water as directed I took a sip and couldn’t even swallow it. I ended up spitting out the solution as it tasted horrible. I was discouraged, but hopeful this product would work so I tried another flavor and much to my surprise. It was even more disgusting in the first. There is no way I would ever drink this stuff.

I used to love this product but after awhile it felt way to sugary and learned there were some bad ingredients. It is not as natural as I would like and will be finding a more clean product.

Delicious and really helps with hydration.

I love the passion fruit flavor the best. It was very hydrating and easy to throw in your bag and travel with. I wa t to try to the other flavors as well.

Had high hopes, but it left a weird taste in my mouth and was an odd texture. Kind of thicker than water. Apparently this is common with people who don’t like Gatorade.. but I do enjoy Gatorade.

I am terrible at remembering to drink water, but with liquid iv I am able to avoid becoming dehydrated. Is a great option for avoiding hangovers or after being in the sun all day. The only complaint I would have are the flavor options. I love the lemon lime flavor, but the others I am not a fan of.

I was excited to try this, but disappointed that it had so much sugar (I think over 10g, which is more than I generally try to eat in a day). If they made (or make) a sugar-free version that isn't loaded with chemical sweeteners, I would definitely want to try that. I think you can probably get your minerals and electrolytes easier through supplements that aren't loaded with this other stuff. Cute packaging though!

A little sweeter than I’d like but we usually split these packets into two or three bottles. I love the convenience of having electrolytes without having to pack multiple bottles of electrolyte water or Gatorade.

Definitely helped me stay hydrated while I was pregnant. Until I had to stop because I didn’t realize how much sugar was in them. Wish they could make a sugar less option.

it works well for what it is and i definitely do see a difference, i just prefer the taste of water on its own and wish they made a flavorless option

I Love Liquid IV! I always keep a packet in my purse or diaper bag. As a mom with low blood sugar this is the ultimate quick fix for me!

I think this does what it says it will do, I felt hydrated after drinking it. I just had a hard time with the consistency of the drink. I had to dilute it with a lot more water than what the package recommended. I tried the lemon lime flavor and it tasted pretty good!

I love the flavor options Liquid IV has now. Watermelon and dragon fruit ate my favorites! Great for staying hydrated!

Liquid I.V. Is a literal life saver!! My hole family lives by liquid I.V. 🩵 I feel so much better about 10 minutes after a bottle. 10/10

so easy and quite tasty! mixes in cold water more so than other brands. great for things beyond excediste too haha

It has a good flavor, but I always felt like it was too salty!

As someone who frequents music festivals/concerts… liquid IV SAVED ME! I’m talking huge noticeable difference in my hydration level. I drink one before and after I go to a festival and I feel great at the end of the day!
