Liquid I.V. reviews and discussion

Had high hopes, but it left a weird taste in my mouth and was an odd texture. Kind of thicker than water. Apparently this is common with people who don’t like Gatorade.. but I do enjoy Gatorade.

I am terrible at remembering to drink water, but with liquid iv I am able to avoid becoming dehydrated. Is a great option for avoiding hangovers or after being in the sun all day. The only complaint I would have are the flavor options. I love the lemon lime flavor, but the others I am not a fan of.

I was excited to try this, but disappointed that it had so much sugar (I think over 10g, which is more than I generally try to eat in a day). If they made (or make) a sugar-free version that isn't loaded with chemical sweeteners, I would definitely want to try that. I think you can probably get your minerals and electrolytes easier through supplements that aren't loaded with this other stuff. Cute packaging though!

A little sweeter than I’d like but we usually split these packets into two or three bottles. I love the convenience of having electrolytes without having to pack multiple bottles of electrolyte water or Gatorade.

Definitely helped me stay hydrated while I was pregnant. Until I had to stop because I didn’t realize how much sugar was in them. Wish they could make a sugar less option.

it works well for what it is and i definitely do see a difference, i just prefer the taste of water on its own and wish they made a flavorless option

I Love Liquid IV! I always keep a packet in my purse or diaper bag. As a mom with low blood sugar this is the ultimate quick fix for me!

I think this does what it says it will do, I felt hydrated after drinking it. I just had a hard time with the consistency of the drink. I had to dilute it with a lot more water than what the package recommended. I tried the lemon lime flavor and it tasted pretty good!

I love the flavor options Liquid IV has now. Watermelon and dragon fruit ate my favorites! Great for staying hydrated!

Liquid I.V. Is a literal life saver!! My hole family lives by liquid I.V. 🩵 I feel so much better about 10 minutes after a bottle. 10/10

so easy and quite tasty! mixes in cold water more so than other brands. great for things beyond excediste too haha

A bit more salty than other hydration powder mixes. But still ok.

It has a good flavor, but I always felt like it was too salty!

As someone who frequents music festivals/concerts… liquid IV SAVED ME! I’m talking huge noticeable difference in my hydration level. I drink one before and after I go to a festival and I feel great at the end of the day!

I always carry a couple of packages for the night our - great for preventing hangovers or just hydrating during a workout! Comes in a lot of different flavors so you’re bound to find one that you like!

It works! I love drinking Liquid IV during workouts to replenish electrolytes quickly and keep going. There are a variety of flavors to choose from. The only thing I don't love is that it's sometimes uncomfortable to drink on an empty stomach, but I guess that comes with the territory of salty drinks :/

Not only does the product taste surprisingly good but you can feel this product working! I originally was taking these only as a recovery method, but due to the fact that I enjoy the taste, I work them into my daily routine. Great product!
