I've generally used the lemon lime for both hydration and funny enough, mixed drinks haha. But I really think this is the only flavor that tastes good, the rest are... subpar. I gave them a fair chance, but they just didn't hit the mark for me. The taste was either too artificial or simply didn't have that same satisfying flavor profile as the lemon lime. Maybe it's just my personal preference, but I felt that the other flavors lacked that wow factor.

I recently discovered Liquid IV, and it has become my go-to for staying hydrated and energized throughout the day. My favorite flavor is Passion Fruit, which adds a delightful tropical twist to my water. I love how this product motivates me to drink more water by infusing it with a burst of flavor. I prefer using half a pack per 16 ounces of water as the flavor is potent and the product leans towards the sugary side. Not only does Liquid IV make hydration more enjoyable, but it also leaves me feeling refreshed and revitalized. It's the perfect companion for my active lifestyle.

I bought a big pack for my trip in Cabo, 10/10. The recovery is amazing! It was my sister’s 21st but you would’ve thought it was my birthday. Without this product, I would not have enjoyed my entire trip. The watermelon and açaí berry flavors are my top favorites. Don’t walk, run to get this product!!!

I love this product—as a runner, hiker, dancer teacher (and sometimes social drinker with a lot of hangover anxiety), it is so refreshing to have a hydration beverage option that is quick, simple, and WORKS. Plus—it tastes great (not at all like fake sugar—ew). Yes, sometimes the flavors are too sugary or sweet, but it does not usually bother me.

Good had the lemon lime flavor…a little salty(Gatorade tasting) for my liking but if you like the sports drinks this would be for you!

This is my go-to for when I’m feeling dehydrated, sick, pre/post workout, hungover! Lemon lime is my favorite flavor. Only downside is the sugar content

Too much artificial flavorings and fake stuff :/ also not comprehensive on the electrolytes - missing magnesium and others.

Taste is good but it’s extremely hard to mix the powder and water and the consistency of the water gets weird.

I'm not sure if it works or not because I was unable to handle the taste and texture.

I used to like LiquidIV, but I realized that there are tons of other brands that are doing the same thing, but much healthier! Like Nuun!

Liquid IV is my fave summer hydration boost, especially when I’m on the go. The packs are easy to take with me and keep me hydrated on long hot days - and they taste AMAZING.

Tastes great, helps with hydration. About equal to its competitors (aka, drip drop, pedialyte powder) but all are really helpful products for those who suffer from dehydration for any reason. Helps me with headaches due to dehydration especially!

This has helped me stay so hydrated after a night out!

The taste wasn’t good which as kept me from trying any additional flavors.

Taste is good, but I didn't feel much effect I couldn't get out of a Gatorade or Nuun. I generally prefer Nuun, because I think that the tables are easier to carry and use vs. the powder - more of a personal preference.

Liquid IV is absolutely amazing. We always keep this with us as an ultra-hydrator, especially in the summer. It has come in handy and has saved us from having to go get IV fluids more times than I can count. Liquid IV is our go-to if anyone in our house is sick, or if we know we are going to be outside all day on a hot day. It is also great for replenishing electrolytes after exercise. I always have one with me, and it's in every First Aid kit we own. Amazing product with a great taste, and comes in convenient individual packets.

I swear by this, drink it in the evening after a night out, or in the morning before a day of activity.

This isn't really a healthy solution for electrolytes and the Hydration Multiplier is nothing more than a gimmick.

I love this company. I love how they have many different flavor options. This products is great to get that extra hydration or after a night of drinking or even when you are simply feeling sick. The only thing is that these are high in sugar but they just released a healthier option!
