I recently had the opportunity to try out a hydration powder, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and benefits. As someone who leads an active lifestyle and enjoys outdoor activities, staying properly hydrated is crucial to my overall well-being. This hydration powder has proven to be a game-changer in helping me maintain optimal hydration levels, especially during intense workouts or hot weather conditions. One of the standout features of this hydration powder is its ability to replenish essential electrolytes lost through sweat. The carefully balanced blend of electrolytes, including sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, helps restore hydration levels quickly and efficiently.

Good had the lemon lime flavor…a little salty(Gatorade tasting) for my liking but if you like the sports drinks this would be for you!

This is my go-to for when I’m feeling dehydrated, sick, pre/post workout, hungover! Lemon lime is my favorite flavor. Only downside is the sugar content

Too much artificial flavorings and fake stuff :/ also not comprehensive on the electrolytes - missing magnesium and others.

Taste is good but it’s extremely hard to mix the powder and water and the consistency of the water gets weird.

I'm not sure if it works or not because I was unable to handle the taste and texture.

I used to like LiquidIV, but I realized that there are tons of other brands that are doing the same thing, but much healthier! Like Nuun!

Liquid IV is my fave summer hydration boost, especially when I’m on the go. The packs are easy to take with me and keep me hydrated on long hot days - and they taste AMAZING.

Tastes great, helps with hydration. About equal to its competitors (aka, drip drop, pedialyte powder) but all are really helpful products for those who suffer from dehydration for any reason. Helps me with headaches due to dehydration especially!

This has helped me stay so hydrated after a night out!

The taste wasn’t good which as kept me from trying any additional flavors.

Taste is good, but I didn't feel much effect I couldn't get out of a Gatorade or Nuun. I generally prefer Nuun, because I think that the tables are easier to carry and use vs. the powder - more of a personal preference.

Liquid IV is absolutely amazing. We always keep this with us as an ultra-hydrator, especially in the summer. It has come in handy and has saved us from having to go get IV fluids more times than I can count. Liquid IV is our go-to if anyone in our house is sick, or if we know we are going to be outside all day on a hot day. It is also great for replenishing electrolytes after exercise. I always have one with me, and it's in every First Aid kit we own. Amazing product with a great taste, and comes in convenient individual packets.

I swear by this, drink it in the evening after a night out, or in the morning before a day of activity.

This isn't really a healthy solution for electrolytes and the Hydration Multiplier is nothing more than a gimmick.

I love this company. I love how they have many different flavor options. This products is great to get that extra hydration or after a night of drinking or even when you are simply feeling sick. The only thing is that these are high in sugar but they just released a healthier option!

Tastes great, but there’s better alternatives out there with cleaner ingredients and more effective

Love the brand and their mission! Flavors are 10/10 and keep you hydrated!

I used the ginger/matcha energy flavor and it tasted like a lemon lime Gatorade. It was great, clean energy that didn’t make me crash and Costco has great bulk deals on them as well. Convenient ready to go packs make them easy to stuff everywhere and have them handy whenever you need a little boost. Mixes well with room temp and cold water but will settle if left alone for a while.

Great concept, a bit pricey
