Lived in Vegas for 5 years and we needed help hydrating. Stumbled upon Liquid IV and it changed our time spent outside because we were hydrated!

Took this for the first time while visiting Aspen with my family this summer. I had about 3 packets over the course of the first 26 hours at higher altitude. It definitely helped me drink more liquids and it tasted great. I didn't suffer too much from the change in elevation so think it has to get some credit for that!

Seaberry is the best flavor, but I’ve only found it online. I like this product, but there are a ton on the market. I’ll grab for others first before special ordering my favorite flavor.

Travel must!

I have tried most of the flavors available and I cannot find one that I like.

Doesn't taste very good To me it has to much of a salty flavor

Use this brand at work...makes me feel more hydrated than plain water especially since I work a 10 hr shift.

I loved working with this brand! They sent me a variety of products. I also have an autoimmune disorder called P.O. T. S I use Liquid Iv frequently to stay hydrated. This brand actually offers a discount for people with P.O.T.S.

Pricey but the flavours have definitely improved. Accessibility is the main issue if you want the ones that actually taste good. The Golden Cherry flavour is a new favourite of mine. They will always be in my cupboard for post-workout... and post-hangover. I would love to see a completely recyclable packaging and a bulk option (supplement style rather than single serve).

I know they just released sugar free versions, but while the product is quality I don't live a lifestyle that requires my hydration of be multiplied that often. I think the whole industry of these flavor packets has become clearly misleading when people don't understand what's making up that powder. Does the product work? Yes. Is it nice tasting? Absolutely. But I don't think it's a style of product I really am seeking out for myself.

I absolutely love liquid iv! I’m a college athlete so this is perfect when I’m not able to drink enough water throughout the day & i just pop one into my water bottle & I’m good for practice!

I work outside in heat index that often reaches well over 105. I intake well over a gallon of water a day and still felt dehydrated and lacked energy for gym after work. I began using this product and after a few days i felt much better and had the energy for gym or running outdoors. I only add to one or two bottles a day. I also recently had a girls weekend and a few to many drinks. This product saved me the next day during my recovery. Mixes great with water. No gritty powder left in bottom of glass so your getting the full affect of each packet. The taste of every flavor is on point.

Really helps in a hot day in the sun, as well as a hangover! Love the sugar free peach and hope they start to make more flavors sugar free!

These are life savers for when you need a boost! I used to have them all the time before I had to cut my sugar intake. Now too much sugar in the regular version and I haven't found sugar free in stores yet. Lots of good flavor options though and the big bag at Costco is such a deal. Watermelon is my favorite flavor yet.

After spontaneously deciding to run a marathon (would not recommend), it came to my attention that I am an extremely salty sweater. I was drinking water on my runs, but I didn’t realize I needed to replenish all the salt I was losing too. Once I started using Liquid IV, training got infinitely easier, and any random cramps and spasms I experienced on runs before disappeared. The salty sweet flavors might take a little getting used to, but I genuinely enjoy them all now (especially the strawberry lemonade). I drink 2-3 per day and i’ve never felt better.

Has saved me during many nights out. Super easy to toss into your bag and be on the go!

Love the just-add-water form - so easy to travel with!

Worked really well Convenient packaging Taste was too sweet on multiple flavors. Had to add extra water. Hard to desolve powder in cold water.

Using this really added great hydration my body. I felt very Libyans hydrated.
