Liquid I.V. is my LUXURY MUST HAVE. I say luxury because it's hella expensive - but it really does make one bottle of water seem like 3 - super hydrating. I rely on it for planes, exercise, hangovers... you name it.

Feeling hydrated when I don’t drink enough water!

Helped me so much after surgery, kept me hydrated and feeling great.

I had tried these before but when I really noticed them make a difference was on a camping situation in the heat and regular water could not compare to when I had it with one of these. Saved me from dehydration

Liquid IV is nearly an addiction for me. Great tasting and instantly hydrates.

I really love Liquid IV. Taste is great and helps hydrate in the Texas heat. Just make sure to use the recommended amount of water. Only thing is that I wish I could buy in bulk like a tub of the powder with a little scoop!

I was very dehydrated and I friend gave it to me to try. This is awesome!

Light flavor, not super sweet like Pedialyte powder packets typically are. I tried Grape and thought the flavor was a bit off. I also tried the Pineapple energy one and thought it was way too tropical, unless that happens to be your thing. Overall I don't notice a huge difference in hydration, but I have never felt dehydrated on the days I did drink it!

I live in Las Vegas which is the desert so definitely need this especially in the summer time. I drink this after doing outdoor sports and also drink after a night of partying and drinking to replenish electrolytes. It works almost instantly when you have a headache the next day after drinking.

Convenient but not sure how well it works. Easy to keep on hand if you need a little pick me up and it’ll make you drink more water because of the flavor!

I hate to say this, but I don’t love this brand of powder hydration. I know it’s really “popular” but it doesn’t leave me feeling quenched and the taste isn’t great. Instead I tend to opt for squeezing lemon into my water along with liquid minerals.

ONLY thing that saves me from a hangover. Expensive, but worth it!

Pros: Good flavors and refreshing. Purchased at Costco and saved some $. Mixes well, but let sit for a few minutes before drinking. Cons: 10g sugars in a 16g packet. Would prefer something with less sugar.

Liquid I.V has something for energy and hydration and is a staple in my kitchen. Great way to get hydrated and wake up with out a lot of caffeine. Anytime I feel dehydrated or funky, liquid IV helps with the healing process

My lifesavers, living in Arizona it’s so easy to get dehydrated I drink like two liquid Iva a day and I never feel overheated or dehydrated. I love the different flavors

Too much sugar which gives you a false sense of hydration and in reality just makes your. Lord sugar peak. You’re not hydrated. You have a sugar rush.

Immediately buy ! My girlfriends and I are nearing 30 and we cannot hang like we use to. If you are looking for more hydration this is your go to product. Not only does it give you energy this product helps keep you hydrated and all you need is a bottle of water. So if you are trying to hang with your friends and have a fun time drinking I recommend this to be the first thing you drink before the fun begins. It will help you enjoy your time drinking and avoid hangovers.

My Kids love it the best out of any other hydrators because of the taste. I just wish there was all natural version.

I really enjoy this after a a girls wine day. It makes me feel not as dehydrated. The flavors vary so I like to stick to the basic lemon lime flavor. Wish it didn't have as much sugar.
