Lots of added sugar. Would prefer something with less sugar to guarantee a healthier hydration. It tastes amazing though.

A bit of an intense flavor (acidic and extremely sweet) unless you thoroughlyyyy dilute it with water, but it's always worked for me!

has sugar added and if you are watching your sugar intake it's not really a good thing; tastes great though

It's really tasty pedilyte on the go. Some of the flavors are better than others and they make some of the mixes to have other benefits besides just hydration.

I tried this product for over 6 months and didn't experience any changes. I also felt like it was way too sweet so I would use a 30oz bottle and would drink 2-3 a day, but still nothing different happened. It's a waste of your money; just drink plenty of water. It will give you the same outcome!

i’ve been using liquid iv for the past three years. it’s come in super handy during florida summers since my partner and i both used to work outdoors!! we loved trying all of the different flavors and recommend it to anyone who is feeling a little dehydrated after any activity!!

Don't like the branding so was hesitant to try but loved the grape flavor and found the product effective. Prefer bulk powdered electrolytes for cost reasons but this is a nice option for on the go.

This is a must for a Sunday recovery !! Or even if you just want to be prepared and hydrate the day before! Taste too good!

I used to be a huge fan of liquid IV, but the overly artificial taste and amount of sugar in the product has turned me away. I would take a liquid iv after a long day in the sun or after workouts when I need an extra boost of hydration. The product definitely helps restore hydration levels, but I personally think there are healthier and more natural options out there. Also, it is a bit pricey for the amount of product you are receiving so be conscious of that when going to buy from the brand.

The orange is my favorite flavor, great value and really enjoy the benefits

Tastes good, but way too much sugar. There are so many better options available without all the added sugar that do a much better job hydrating you.

great way to rehydrate. I love these they taste great and are easy to back in a purse or a gym bag/back pack.

Liquid IV is great for a hangover or when I'm exercising. I typically just use half a packet in a sitting due to the high sodium and sweet taste!

I love the flavors and the fact that they don’t have any food dyes in them. They are great for traveling, after workouts, and just needing some flavor in your water.

Too expensive. Other Brands have very similar products that work just as well for a fraction of the cost. I think it's over hyped.
