This has been a go to during my pregnancy and postpartum. It always helps me quench my thirst. One packet also packed a lot of flavor, so it's perfect for my giant hydrojug to dilute down. I love all of their flavors especially with ice cold water.

It’s sugar-free and works well, but the taste can feel a bit sweet or artificial for some people. Best used when you actually need hydration support, not as a daily drink.

This sugar free multiplier ( I prefer the blackberry lemonade) is great for on the go people. I am able to pour this in my water and give my intake a supercharge while not tacking on needless calories yet still having something that tastes good so that I meet my hydration goals.
