This is a unique, sweet flavor that hydrates me after a long work night and I often don't drink as much water as I need to. Sometimes I feel these mix-ins are a bit over-prices, but I have tried knock-off brands and they don't make me feel as good as the original brand so there is definitely a difference in ingredients and taste! I am sticking with Liquid IV for sure for my hydration needs!!! p.s. Liquid IV is great to take to the pool and the beach too so you stay hydrated!!!!

I am obsessed with the Seaberry flavor, it is so refreshing and delicious. This has great mineral support and is my favorite way to get them in. I use this in the morning and sets me up to feel great all day!
