My favorite flavor! Really tastes like rainbow sherbet, and I love that there’s no sugar. When you’re really dehydrated you do need the sugar, but for a day to day or people who cannot tolerate the additional sugar this is great!

I get these on the regular. They are easy and convenient to carry a few packets in my bag, purse or car. They come in great flavors and taste yummy. Keeps me hydrated and easy way to keep me sipping through out the day.

Liquid I.V. has definitely helped on the days I haven’t kept up with water or feel drained from travel or being out in the heat. It works quickly and I actually notice the difference. Some flavors are a little too sweet for me, and it’s not something I drink every day, but it’s great to have on hand when I need a boost.
