I absolutely love this Strawberry Hydration Multiplier Electrolyte, it is delicious and has great health benefits. It helps my headaches and is great to use while working out to replenish electrolytes, I definitely recommend this!

Big fan of the variety of flavors, like lemon lime, mandarin orange. They are very convenient to use and mix into cold water easily. I wish that there were more low sugar/sugar free options. Also there are some crazy flavors that are fun to try but do not taste good like hot cocoa.

This is a great flavor! I work out a lot, I jog around 3 miles a day and lose a lot of electrolytes so I need to rehydrate with something other than Gatorade. I like that there is a lot of powder for your water so you don't drink something boring. I was wondering why this brand does not have magnesium in it while other hydration powders do. Either way, it's still fun to drink. I will definitely try more flavors :)

Using LiquidIV is a game changer. In the summer temperatures and high heat, I often feel dehydrated and adding LiquidIV to my water is an instant change of how my body feels. I keep extras packets in my purse everywhere I go. And all the flavor choices gives a nice variety and change!

I’ve known about this brand for a while but never had a chance to try it until now. After finally trying it, I have to say it wasn’t really for me. I found it a bit too sweet, even after diluting it with water. When I added more water to tone down the sweetness, the flavor ended up being too weak and not very enjoyable. Overall, it just didn’t hit the right balance for my taste.

Daily user of liquid IV. I really only use half a pack in a water bottle bc it is pretty flavorful. A little goes a long way. I find I drink a lot more water with just a touch of flavor. Love strawberry, lemon lime, passion fruit, and tropical fruit

Whenever I’m feeling dehydrated, this is my go to! I literally see and feel the difference in a couple of hours. This helps so much, my lips are less chapped, my skin looks better, my headaches are better. I won’t solve all your problems, but it helps you fee better when you forget to drink as much as you should be.

The artificial flavors are a no go!

These liquid IVs are so yummy and helpful with keeping myself hydrated. Especially when I’m traveling. I throw them in my bag so I can easily add it to my water bottle when I’m on the road. I can’t wait to try them all!

I like Liquid IV for it's convenience but I will admit there is quite a lot of sugar in the regular ones. I've also tried the sugar-free but I am sensitive to the taste of artificial sweeteners so the aftertaste is a bit off-putting. I wish they made a lower sugar one! These are great to replenish electrolytes from a long day hiking or walking around in the sun at a concert or festival. I think there are much better options out there, but Liquid IV is one of the most available brands sold everywhere now, so it's more accessible compared to some of my other favorites like Waterboy.

I am a fan of the Liquid IV Strawberry. I like that these come in prepackaged individual packets for ease of tossing in my work bag and taking on the go. I have tried some of the other flavors as well, but strawberry has been my favorite so far.

I have a chronic illness that makes hydration hard. I have tried many different electrolyte brands and Liquid I.V has so far won my #1 spot. I like the lemon lime and strawberry lemonade in particular, not overly sour or salty like some other brands. Plus, it helps my symptoms way more than others I have tried. Recommend for sure!

Quite frankly, I do not get the hype on Liquid IV. Im the kind of person who doesn't like the taste of regular water, but Id prefer regular water over this. It's incredibly sweet and tastes like chemicals, there's no positive things for me. I also believe the price is just insane comparing what you pay for to what you get.
