Liquid I.V. earns strong reviews for fast, noticeable hydration—especially after workouts, heat, travel, or a night out—while convenient single-serve packets and broad flavor variety (standouts include Lemon Lime, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Watermelon, Golden Cherry) make it easy to use. Reviews also flag consistent drawbacks: many flavors taste overly sweet or salty, some feel thick or artificial, and the added sugar and sodium (with a newer sugar‑free line noted) are frequent concerns; mixing can clump and flavor hit-or-miss. Overall, the brand is effective but polarizing on taste and ingredients.

Soda & Water

LIQUID I.V. hydration multiplier offers faster hydration than water alone. This electrolyte drink mix comes in a popsicle firecracker flavor with hints of cherry, lemon, lime, and raspberry. Scientifically formulated, each stick contains three times the electrolytes compared to leading sports drinks. With 30 on-the-go sticks, it’s a convenient way to stay hydrated during workouts, travel, or daily activities.
