  • I've got the at-home whitening kit and whitening pet, but unfortunately, I did not see any results after one month of using them. In the second month, I saw very small changes, but honestly not better than using any whitening strips that you can buy in the drugstore.

    I do not like that it is impossible to cancel or change your subscription, you only have to contact support. It seems like a not customer-friendly tactic to me!

  • I tried this when it was glo up and have also done some laughland branded gel. I like the concept but I just didn’t see the same results as I would if I used drugstore whitening strips (I was on a pretty high strength too). I didn’t have any sensitivity issues just no results 🤷🏾‍♀️

    They don’t include instructions in the packaging so I have to hunt around forever every time I want to know how long I’m supposed to keep the tray in which is annoying. I wish my phone timer started automatically when I plugged them in.

  • Ordered a starter pen. Never. Received or was told they were out of stock but was charged anyway. One month later, was charged $41.35 for refills. That were never ordered, to use with the pen I paid for but never got!! Company does not have a customer service number, only communicate via email. Response from email-since I ordered the 'free' trial, it automatically charges monthly for their subscription and they don't do returns/refund their product. Product may work great but I'll never know!!

  • This company should be ashamed of themselves. Their sale item had 30 day return full refund. Nope they don’t accept sale items. Do not buy from this crap hole their product sucks and they do not treat their customers with respect, their website is extremely deceitful, their website is extremely misleading, and they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. False advertising by a sale items saying 30 days return policy.

  • The WORST customer service and beyond vague when it comes to their practices. I never agreed to a subscription service. FINALLY got the product from initial trial purchase. I haven't even opened it and used it yet - and I suddenly get an email that I have additional shipments coming from a subscription. I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the order and reached out to them. It's rather convenient that it took them several days to respond - just in time for the items to ship and for them to let me know there's nothing they can do about it and no refund will be processed. I cannot return the items even if I return them unopened and unused. UNBELIEVABLE! I'm told "good news, your subscription for future orders has been cancelled." Not sure how that is good news considering I'm now out some $50+ for a subscription service I never wanted nor ever agreed to. RUN away! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRY THE PRODUCT! Just go to Amazon and purchase something to try from another supplier with better reviews.

  • Great communication from laughland. I received a defective teeth whitening light, and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue, and sent me a new one free of charge, and a few other whitening things. Highly recommend!

  • This company is cheating on peoples money and health. Please never accept anything from this cheated company. One will sue this company for sure.

  • I would not recommend this company and it’s not because their product isn’t good. They like to take money out of your account when it’s not authorized. Money was taken out of my account a month early when I asked for the product to be sent 2 months out. I didn’t need the product that soon and they wouldn’t let me return it, even though it was unopened. Also, you can’t speak to a person when there is an issue. You have to email them.

  • Very poor customer service and policy is very vague especially if they are out to scam the customer. Absolutely not recommending the product.

  • Never ever buy this brand! They lie about trials and make you purchase products that you didn’t order, using you card info without your consent! Need to go to a lawyer to solve it because the brand didn’t care about it

  • I had an issue with the kit. The company responded immediately and sent me a replacement right away. I have sensitive teeth and nothing has worked for me. This product works!

  • I ordered the promotional kit and received three weeks after ordering. I immediately canceled the subscription, but the refill kit was shipped without my permission. Customer service contacted me and said there was nothing they could do. They processed a refill before I got to even try the first trial shipment. Buyer Beware! Poor customer service!!!

  • No good customer service and misrepresentation abounds. Returns aren't accepted on sale prices even if unopened. Emailing a return request or question may not be answered for three tries with three different representatives. AND although some sites claim results with 10 minutes of use per day for 6 days, the instructions state that 15 is the minimum and 25 minutes is recommended.

  • Read every review before buying this. First off it's a monthly thing but all that is hidden so you sign up thinking everything is cool and watch out. Make sure that the way you pay is very important that they can cancel the automatic payments Seriously that is very important They got me, 30 bucks but I got rid of them

  • I tried this product during the trial period. It caused sensitivity and I sent a cancellation notice. The cancelation was ignored and I continued to receive product. I finally had to dispute the charges with my cc company in order to stop being charged. TOTAL SCAM!

  • I like many people signed up for the free trial and at first thought it was a great product. Months after the free trial I decided to give it a go again. A one month supplied subscription is $29. which is pretty steep but I felt like it worked during the trial period so I decided to go ahead and give it another chance. I placed my order, received an email that stated orders are shipped in 2-3 business days and that an email would be sent when product shipped. 2 weeks go by and zero email or product. Contacted customer service who asked me to look outside at my mailbox to ensure it wasn’t there(incredibly insulting). Informed customer service due to the delay I wanted to cancel the order, subscription and wanted a full refund since my credit card was charged the second I placed the order. No refund, no cancellation but stated they would ship the product immediately. I did get it quickly. The only reason I know the subscription wasn’t canceled was due to a charge the following month and yet again no product. Contacted customer service regarding my previous email which they could see where I asked for my order to be canceled, money returned and end my subscription. Customer service the first time apologized and stated it would be cancelled. 2nd charge I was told that since I DID NOT go on their website and cancel then there was nothing they could do and according to this customer service person refunds were not allowable but they would as a courtesy cancel my subscription. This company is shady AF, unethical and I believe does bait and switch tactics. With my trial order I had no teeth sensitivity whatsoever which was great and the first product I had found that didn’t cause sensitivity. The second time I tried it months later after the first use of the product my teeth were extremely sensitive. Consumer beware prior to purchase. Save your money and go with a reputable company with standard customer service support. I was given different information each time I reached out. I will also be contacting the BBB. Awful experience.

  • It was okay over the time period used it. The reason for the 2 star rating is that I was charged twice within a couple weeks of 5.93 on my credit card for no reason that I can figure out. I have tried to connect with them per their customer service 3 days in a row with no email returned. There is no way to call them or get ahold of them besides email. At this point I just want to cancel my subscription. My next supposed renewal happens in a couple days and if I get clarification soon I would maybe reconsider. Right now not a fan of the company :(

  • I've been getting routine whitening treatments from my dentist for the past 5+ years. Then during the pandemic my dentist has limited hours, wasn't open for a couple of months, and just been a huge hassle to get into. I've waited on writing a review for Laughland until I used it for 6 months to see genuine results, and I can for sure say this works! By month 3, my teeth were back to my original shade pre-pandemic, and now at month 6, my teeth are whiter than when I used to go to the dentist. I've upgraded my formula to be stronger once back in July and that made a big improvement. Love and can't recommend Laughland enough!

    The gel syringes are supposed to be applied in increments of 1/4 but the labels are 1/3. Hard to measure gel usage! I've already emailed customer support but hopefully this changes soon!
