Same happened with me..no response wat so ever..it's a fraud!!!

Same here I emailed them today and they got right back to me with in a few hours no problems for me”knock on wood”

Great communication from laughland. I received a defective teeth whitening light, and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue, and sent me a new one free of charge, and a few other whitening things. Highly recommend!


This is a scam company. I placed my order, and they automatically added me to a subscription without my consent. Then I realized the product was terrible — it didn’t work at all like they claimed. I tried to cancel, but they made it nearly impossible until they charged me for the first month. Absolutely dishonest and deceptive!

Money sucker. I contacted Laughland before my order was shipped saying there's no need for twonstarter kits and to either cancel or change it to refills. They refused and punched more money out of me. Luckily I've canceled everything for any future orders. Paste dis burn some. It was bulky and uncomfortable. I would have possibly considered using, but not after they charged me for two starter kits even when I asked before shipment to change it to a refill so they would still get their money. 

If I could give zero stars I would! Not only does the product NOT work well, but the company is a total SCAM! I signed up for a $4.95 deal which also signs you up for a subscription. Unbeknownst to me, they don't let you cancel said subscription for 30 days, which coincidentally lines up with the day they send out the $25 "refill kit." Email is the only way to contact anyone. I emailed before they shipped out the refill requesting cancellation and they not only ignored the email, but sent out the refill that afternoon. After receiving I again requested to return the item, and they refused. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Somehow they've created almost 5 star reviews on their website which no doubt have to be fake, or weeded out of the negative ones they must get. The product is awful and this company is dishonest and a total scam to steal your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Zeroooooo!Bad Experience. Sale of pay for shipping only but automatically gets placed on subcriptions for month to month. Uhm, No! Charges me $75. for not 1but 2 kit's and where is the phone number to speak to a real person? Oh yeah there is none not a google phone number not a overseas CS line nothing. Terrible,bye!

I am very pleased with the results I have seen from using laugh land teeth whitening products!  I have had a great experience corresponding with customer support regarding refill shipment.  Overall I wouod highly recommend. 

I have been using Laughland’s teeth whitening gel for several months now. I love it. It keeps my teeth, beautifully white without any pain or discomfort in the gums. It is easy to communicate with the company, and my product is always sent on time. 

Very simple ,   Followed the directions and the product did what it the website said it would.   Very happy.  

Overall it's a great product. I felt like i could tell a difference after a few uses, but then it never made any improvements. I ordered a second shipment and it seemed to maintain what I already had whitened, but I would like a little more.  Its easy to use and I love that it plugs right in your phone. No messy strips or months of using toothpastes. 

I was very pleased after the first use of the Teeth Whitening Gel. And, it was easy to use. I expect that each ensuing month to continue the results. Just as importantly, though, is their amazing & responsive customer service! I've rarely seen anything like it.

Laughland is great! No sensitivity issues at all, super easy to use, and the results are noticeable. A couple of people have actually commented on the difference. Also, their customer support team is top notch. They respond to my emails within 24 hours, and they are highly accommodating (like when I requested a discount to be applied to an order that was already processed, or when I asked for the frequency of deliveries to be decreased). Highly recommend!

love this kit and the fact that you can take a quiz to personalize your own formula - whitestrips have left me super sensitive in the past, but these treatments don't bother me at all! takes a few treatments, but definitely noticeable results for a good price. 

0/10  STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!! THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS TO CANCEL!!! EXTREMELY disappointing experience with this SCAM company Laughland. I emailed them three days before my ship date to cancel my subscription and clearly asked for confirmation. They replied to my message but completely ignored the part where I requested a cancellation.

I followed up multiple times asking for written confirmation that my subscription was canceled and got no response at all, until they went ahead and charged me for another subscription anyway.

When I checked their Instagram, I saw other people describing the same situation with cancellations and charges. On top of that, their website has multiple spelling errors, which, combined with the poor communication, makes the whole operation feel VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I would NEVER recommend Laughland. The lack of transparency, the failure to properly respond to cancellation requests, and the way they handled my account, they are only try to steal your money. On top of that the product is trash. THIS COMPANY WILL BE GONE SOON.

Everything arrived quickly and was as described. The lighting tray was high quality and easy to use. The whitener and system worked very well. I've been drinking tea, and my teeth have become dingy, and this really perked them up. Also, I have sensitive teeth, and they were not at all feeling the effects of the whitener or process. Well done!

I am very pleased with Laughland whitening kit. I have used it twice within one week and I already noticed a huge difference. The price is amazing for what this whitening kit does and how fast it works. I have no issue with sensitivity either so happy.

after only six days, the transformation has to be one to see to believe. I used this product after seeing it on Facebook. I did not expect it to work as it did each of the six nights I used it for about 30 minutes while I watched a TV show. To measure success I took a picture before and then after as you can see below and I swear this was just six days. I can’t recommend this product enough.

My teeth were dull and discolored from foods and drinks.. I am pleasantly surprised that my teeth actually were whiter after the first application.  It's really a professional at home product that works! I was skeptical, but I smile in the mirror and see whiter brighter teeth!

The teeth whitening gel and entire system from Laughland  sciences is amazing. Out of all the teeth whitening products I have tried over the years this one is by far the best. There is no mess. There is no bad aftertaste and in less than 20 minutes, your treatment is complete. The device can plug into your cell phone and you can walk around with your phone in your pocket getting stuff done around the house and before you know it it’s complete. I get compliments from people all the time and even strangers have asked me how I have gotten my teeth so white. I highly recommend this product.

Surprisingly no sensitivity, even though I wore the super strength for 30 min 6 days in a row and usually feel pain if I use Crest white strips for the same duration (I once got woken up by the cold air in my bedroom because my teeth were sensitive to it). My gums felt a little tender towards the end, but I also have a budding gum problem. 

My teeth did get whiter, but it wasn't anything crazy. Have however been told my teeth are already quite white. Chose to use with a portable charger so that I could be mobile (like I'm used to with whitening strips). 

The free trial is an awesome deal that I have recommended to friends! The super strength is high quality and begins to work after one use! I could get 4 uses out of each syringe meaning $10 for 12 uses!! Highly recommend checking it out!
