Eversince I've started using the Medicated Gel Cleanser, my acne has cleaned up significantly. I even bought some for a friend when she was complaining about her own acne. She has since also fallen in love and has stated that it has helped her own acne so much. Also considering what an amazing product it is, it is honestly super affordable for all the good it does.

As much as I am a fan of all the new colorful and fun skincare that's out right right, La Roche-Posay is the kind of best friend that has my back through my skin issues. It's the safety net I fall back on if my skin is flared up in any way especially with my eczema. I've used their gentle cleanser, double repair moisturizer, and the Cicaplast B5 which all have been a lifesaver getting my skin back on track. Only thing I wish was something that was more sustainable in their packaging. Maybe refillables for their bottles?

Been using their adapalene gel for 6 months now and love it. I think that it's more powerful than Diffrin, and because they are a French company, they care more about cleaner ingredients

This brand has saved my skin. So many of their products are must haves for me. From face wash to sunscreen, this brand has my back. Internet holy grail is the toleriane sunscreen. It not only protects me but leaves me glowing.

This brand has been one of my staples for a while. My skin loves the Toleriane moisturizer with SPF and the hydrating cleanser. The products are gentle yet effective and they don't aggravate my acne. The cicaplast baume is crucial to my winter skin care regiment.

Customer service SUCKS!!!! PLACED black Friday order, my 20% wasn't applied. Called immediately, wouldn't do nothing! Wait till you receive order and i must pay for shipping back! Customer service wouldn't even credit 5he difference. Said it was my error. I said I made sure I did everything correctly. They said my fault... POOR CANADIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE

There is truly not a skin care brand that I trust more with my skin. La Roche Posay has helped me work through issues with sensitive skin, acne, dry skin from harsh winters, skin changes with age and so on. My holy grail moisterizer is the Toleraine Double Repair both with the SPF for daytime and without for the nighttime. The Effaclar Duo is my go to for breakouts. The Toleraine Dermallergo Night has been wonderful especially in winter for dry skin as well as the Cicaplast Balm for extra moisture as well as rashes. Overall, I am a big believer in this brand and their products.

Best products to use before a cream it help to stay more hydrated in my opinion!!

I’m a 65 year old woman with sensitive skin (rosacea and psoriasis). I’ve been using La Roche-Posay’s Redermic retinol eye serum, Toleriane Purifying Foam Cleanser, Effaclar Clarifying Solution and Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer for about three months now. Each products’ effectiveness is remarkable. I’ve used many skin care products over the decades (both high-end and drug-store brands). In my opinion, La Roche-Posay products are by far the best on the market. I’m sold.

I recently made a purchase of serums from La Roche-Posay's website for 150£, but after waiting for five days without receiving anything, I reached out to their customer service. Shockingly, they claimed to have no knowledge of my order, despite it being visible in their system. Even worse, they stated they were unable to assist me further.This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning. It seems they are not only failing to deliver on their promises but also providing inadequate customer support. I even provided them with my order number and all relevant details, only to be met with indifference.Their dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior, particularly the abrupt change regarding a promised discount code, only add insult to injury. It's evident that their customer service is severely lacking, leaving customers feeling frustrated and cheated.I strongly advise against making purchases from their website to avoid falling victim to similar scams. It's disheartening to see a reputable brand like La Roche-Posay engaging in such deceptive practices. I urge others to exercise caution and consider alternative options when shopping for skincare products.

I use the hydrating cleanser and the triple repair moisturizing cream which has greatly improved my moisture barrier in general. These products are great for someone who has acne-prone skin and wants to expand and try something new in their routine without having to worry about their skin getting worse. I used CeraVe products originally which I also loved, but I am glad I made the switch to La Roche-Posay because my skin has never looked better!

Ouuuu. I cannot express my love for this product. The effaclar is a must and the baume is a holy gray for your skin barrier also it helps soothes any new acne I have

so far, i've only used two products from the la roche-posay (purifying foaming cleanser + lipkar moisturizing cream). the bottles are super cute and make skincare even more fun when you enjoy the packaging as well as the product. i've been using the cleanser for the past few months as my first ever skincare product so i was pretty scared if my skin wouldn't react in the best way but it was so perfect. i'd consider my skin to be combination/oily and the purifying cleanser was perfect to the point where it's able to control not only the oils on my nose (t zone) but also my acne that i experience during my cycle. the only downside i'd say about this product is the way that the bottle can easily rust so be careful of that. other than that, i'd recommended this brand to those who are looking for a good skincare regimen or those who are just starting out because these bottles last for months. don't let the price scare you, this is god-sent. a lot of my family members and friends were scared to try out this brand (they all struggle with really bad hormonal acne and other skin condition) but they all absolutely loved it when they first tried it.

One major disappointment was its impact on my skin's oiliness. Instead of the promised hydration without greasiness, the Cicaplast B5 seemed to exacerbate the issue, leaving my skin feeling even more oily than before . I can appreciate that skincare is highly subjective and what works for one may not work for another. One of the main reasons for my purchase was the overwhelming positive feedback across various social platforms.

I tried this a few years ago in hopes it would help with rosacea but I found it pricey and ineffective.

The real problem this company has is not its products but the automatic subscription that charges you without your authorization. I got tired of calling and writing to them to cancel the order and they didn't. BBB is now in charge Customer service is about serving customers! Plus they answer the call with terrible English Please guys give those jobs to American people 🇺🇸 come on Waiting to receive for return them! Never again buy anything from this game company

I've recently started using the effaclar skincare line and can i just say I AM IN LOVE. I have never felt my face feel so squeaky clean and refreshed using a face wash until now. And what's even better is, a little goes a VERY LONG WAY which means the product lasts a whole lot longer once you use wisely. Additionally, the lotion leaves my face feeling so soft, smooth and moisturised. I've also gotten a lost of compliments on my face and persons asking for my skincare because of the way it leaves my skin glowing. The only down side to this product that i would say is they don't make larger portion sizes , but thats cause I'm very greed, espescially when I love the product, but like i said the product lasts very long. I would 100% recommend.

I’ve been using this brand since middle school! My most loved product though is definitely the Lipikar body and face wash. It’s gentle, long-lasting, and non-stripping to the skin barrier. The unscented products are a plus as well for skin sensitivity!

I own many of their products at home and honestly all of them are part of my skin routine. Recommend it to everyone i know

I really enjoy having a good skincare routine, and that’s why you should buy La Roche-Posay, I have the Effaclar Mat line and it helps so much with having less oily skin and I recently got the sunscreen and it has a similar effect that, I love it so much
