Rich in antioxidants, this face cleanser is amazing. I love it because it's infused with essential oils and herbal extracts. It brightens my face and removes impurities. My skin feels so smooth and looks amazing.

The products smell very good and are effective, I saw changes in my hair. This brand makes products composed mainly of natural ingredients, but I find the products a little bit too expensive…

I have their facewash which is nice and I like the way it is dispensed and foams. It is gentle on my skin and has a nice price-point.

I tried John Masters Leave-in Conditioning Mist as my hair can get a little dry during the winter as it gets longer. It smells nice, and has a nice feel in my hair leaving it feeling glossy to the touch. The spray also seems to last for a long time, having said that I struggled to work it into my routine. It's a good product, but for me I'm not sure it's worth the price (300kr in Denmark).

I used to like the product when I lived in Japan and used it regularly. But in 2017 they had a recall of the products with not labeling with the right ingredients and again in 2023. I hear they are better now with being honest about their products but I still have the negative feeling about the brand mission. I feel like their price is a bit expensive.

Love this brand and their clean ingredients list. Shampoo smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling super soft. Also in love with their lip balm, smells amazing and super hydrating.

Got a free sample of the lavender shampoo for normal hair. I’ve got thick, wavy hair that can be dry and this shampoo is made with sodium lauryth sulfate so it really dried out my hair in the same way as other shampoos with this formulation.
