I've pretty much lived in JINS glasses since middle school. I've been fortunate enough to travel to Japan to get new glasses and have the prescription fitted for me there in Japan, so I'm honestly not too sure how the process is for doing it online. Nevertheless, they're great quality glasses and I would highly recommend investing in a pair. I've bought frames and had them fitted in the US (external provider) as well as had them do the entire process in Japan and both have been great options. They do have physical locations on the west coast in the US but I've never been before. I also love the sunglasses they offer :)
