Jeni's Ice Creams earns rapturous reviews for rich, ultra‑creamy texture and inventive, true‑to‑label flavors like Brambleberry Crisp, Gooey Butter Cake, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle, confirming the brand is excellent. Reviews also flag downsides: pints are expensive, quality varies by flavor, and some report iciness or overly sweet/salty notes and occasional freezer burn from stores.

Soo Good.
One of my absolute favorite ice cream brands to buy. Even their grocery store options are just as good as getting the scoops in store.
It's a super high quality ice cream for any ice cream snobs out there. The price is actually better in grocery stores vs Jenis directly as well. Great flavors that really pop. The brambleberry will always be the GOAT.
I do not even love ice cream. I do love however, Jeni's ice cream! I have no dairy intolerance, but their non dairy lemon bar ice cream made with coconut milk might be my favorite ice cream of all time. It is a total sleeper hit. Zesty and creamy with the perfect amount of lemon bar crust pieces. The brambleberry is also a crowd favorite for myself and anyone who ever tries it. They just get the right ration of mix ins to the cream base. Hard to go wrong with any of their flavors!
very tasty BUT is very expensive for the quantity.

Very tasty and lots of great flavors. So glad to see they are in stores now! On the more expensive side- I would not necessarily say the flavor merits the price unless it is on sale.

Jeni's ice cream is always a treat that I'm excited for! Their store locations are so cute and welcoming, and their pints are a great treat to have in your freezer. I love their creative flavors and that they have options for people with all types of dietary restrictions1

Best flavors ever!! Sometimes can be a bit too sweet. I wish customer service was kinder.
My introduction to Jenni's ice cream was when they opened a location near my middle/high school. I was so excited to have vegan ice cream options but now I feel they never have allergy-friendly flavors in the grocery store.
I was so excited to find Jeni's Ice Cream at my local Fresh Thyme. I've heard such great things about the flavors and knew I had to try it. I ended up trying two flavors- the brambleberry crisp & brown butter almond brittle. Both were d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s; Definitely worth the hype and unique in their own way. The cost is slightly higher than what I usually spend but I enjoy higher quality ice creams and with that comes higher prices.

Too expensive for pretty good ice cream. It is not unbelievably good, and I cannot justify the 9-10 dollar price tag. I usually reach for a more local ice cream brand instead or for a cheaper option like Ben and Jerry's

I'm a berry cobbler addict (it's healthy, right?), so Jeni's brambleberry crisp is so up my alley. I'm all about the mix-ins, so I love that they're not chintzy with the swirls of berry jam. And the oat streusel tastes seriously homemade. Perfectly balanced!
Delicious, worth the price and the flavors are interesting and unique
I liked the Brambleberry Crisp flavor but still want to try the other flavors to really get a full Jeni's experience.
Good flavors. Nice ice cream. Nothing terribly different from other premium brands.

So good!!! The Boston Cream Pie is delicious :)
Some of the best I’ve cream out there. The cream puff flavor is probably the ice cream (of any brand) I buy the most often, it is so delicious.
The best dark chocolate ice cream out there. Creamy and rich. I cannot go back to subpar chocolate ice cream after this
Jeni's is probably by favorite artisan ice cream brand. I had their ice cream for the first time in a small storefront in Chagrin Falls, Ohio (the state where the company started). My family and I waited patiently for the day their ice cream would be available in grocery stores. The brand continues to stay true to it's roots as it expands nationwide, remaining true to its fun aesthetic and high quality ingredients. You really can't go wrong with a flavor, my favorites are 'Goat Cheese and Cherry' and 'Gooey Butter Cake'. I'm not dairy free but I really love their dairy free ice cream- 'Texas Sheet Cake' is awesome. Also, Jeni's cookbook makes it easy to replicate the recipes at home if you have an ice cream maker and the recipes taste super similar to the real thing.
