Intelligent Change Reviews

Best of Thingtesting4.7

Intelligent Change earns strong reviews for journals that genuinely help users build mindfulness and gratitude routines, with The Five Minute Journal praised for simple, structured prompts, inspiring quotes, and beautiful linen design. Reviews also flag drawbacks: the app feels cluttered, paper can attract pet hair or bleed ink, prompts grow repetitive, and some products (like a Leonie Hanne planner) feel uninspired.

  • Absolutely love this journal. I don't feel pressured or ashamed if I miss a day or two because I can input a new date each page. The quotes are really inspiring and practicing gratitude has definitely helped me see the good in each day and pause and reflect. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to slow down.

  • I had seen The Five Minute Journal EVERYWHERE so I decided to try these out when they were featured on ThingDrop! I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of all the items I received, as well as the variety of products they offer. The Quarterly Productivity Planner has been really fun to use, and I actually find it’s useful in my day to day. I also ordered some mantra cards (love them for morning alignment) and the “warrior” daily journal that I have yet to tear into! I can see myself gifting any of these items from this brand often in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I can!

  • I received my products so quickly - I think they shipped it through Amazon shipping services so that was a nice surprise. So far, I've started the 3x happier journal and done some of the Life Designer and I've really enjoyed both. For the 3x happier journal I love that it explains exactly why you're doing what each day and gives you examples and ideas (like for example for thanking someone, which you do in the mornings, it gives you ideas how you can thank them). For the Life Designer I have loved how thought provoking it has been so far - during the first few prompts I did I actually decided I'm going to book myself a little weekend away and work on it during that time - like a little retreat with myself which I CANNOT wait for.

  • The brand overall is a 4. This journal is a 2. I have been a fan of the Intelligent Change for several years and have owned everything from their journals to my continued use of the 5 minute a day app. For that reason alone, I jumped on the opportunity to get this life&style planner. I have no idea who Leonie Hanne is but I’m not impressed with the work they do given how unimpressive and unoriginal this planner is. Leaving its audience uninspired. The only thing I really like about this planner is its size. But since it’s almost the same thing as the app, save yourself the space and the money. This product is way too overpriced. You are paying for a name few recognize.
