Innisfree delivers effective, beginner‑friendly skincare, according to reviews of its retinol, volcanic clay masks, and daily sunscreens, which cleanse pores, sit well under makeup, and feel lightweight. Reviews also flag drawbacks: inconsistent hydration in some creams, noticeable white cast or gray tinge on certain tone‑up/matte SPF formulas, occasional sticky or filmy textures, strong fragrances in some lines, and concerns about the brand not being certified cruelty‑free.

I loveeeee Innis Free! I'm currently using their Green Tea Seed Hyaluronic Cream for my face, and have seen such a difference! It's such a calm and soothing face moisturizer. I highly recommend their products!
I have always had SUCH a hard time finding a daily sunscreen that doesn't make me breakout or greasy as heck - this product has absolutely changed the game for me!!! I finally am wearing a daily SPF that feels so lightweight and natural and it works so well with my skin. As someone who's been on accutane & struggles still with minor acne and major oily skin, this product is my holy grail. Not to mention it's SO reasonably priced!! Absolutely 10/10!!!
My holy grail sunscreen that I will repurchase forever! I’ve tried both the Daily Defense (white tube) version and the Matte Priming (pink tube) version. The Daily Defense is a great everyday sunscreen that leaves no white cast and leaves the skin with a dewy finish. It doesn’t pill and wears under makeup well. The Matte Priming version leaves a white cast and you have to work at it a few minutes to get it fully blended. Leaves a glowy finish on the skin but eventually dries down hours later when worn alone. After using the skin feels like how it would when you apply a silicone based primer. I recommend both to wear under makeup for light skin tones, but wouldn’t suggest the matte sunscreen for medium to deep skin tones, or if you’re looking for a matte sunscreen to wear alone.
Innisfree is an amazing K-beauty brand with a focus on glass skin. To date, I’ve used and repurchased three products from them. Dewy Glow Mist: a great product to use between steps of your skin care routine! I also use this throughout the day if my skin needs a bit more moisture. Dewy Glow Jelly Cream: this is one of my favorite moisturizers to use during the summer! It’s super hydrating and gives you a dewy look. It’s the slightest but tacky which means it works well as a makeup primer! Daily UV defense sunscreen: I love chemical sunscreens and this one is pretty solid! Dries down to a skin-like finish
affordable and decently high quality. the cleansers all leave my skin clean and fresh, and are gentle. cherry blossom moisturizer smells good and is so moisturizing.

The rating of the brand is high because it is a good brand, hence i gave it 4 starts. but the customer service - forget it! my complaint is that, they dont have any phone no. to call. I have emailed them twice. I place an order and after clicking submit, i realized that the address i have for shipping was incorrect. I owned that, i did not check, BUT, ONE TO TWO MINUTES LATER, I emailed them that my shipping address is incorrect and if they can kindly change it. I did not received an email back till afternoon of the next day becuase i kept on emailing them and asking for a response. finally they did and a robotic response was provided - that as soon as the product is ordered they can't change. but on their website, a "representative" are here to help. NOOOOO, NONE at all. so i guess soon as i get the tracking no. i have to do all the work on my own. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I've been using them, their products are good but if you cannot talk to them, no customer service at all, then not worth it. There are a lot of other Korean products out there.
