immi earns polarized reviews: the brand delivers convincing plant‑based broths (notably Black Garlic “Chicken,” Tom Yum “Shrimp,” and Spicy “Beef”) and high protein, low‑carb, high‑fiber noodles that satisfy health‑minded eaters, but many find the noodle texture rubbery, grainy, or tough and the flavors occasionally bland or overly salty. Reviews indicate it can be good when customized with add‑ins and longer cook times, yet recurring critiques cite small portions and inconsistent seasoning versus traditional ramen, making immi a thoughtful alternative rather than a universal crowd‑pleaser.

I may be going out on a limb here, but I think this is probably the best cardboard I have ever eaten! Interestingly, the packaging contains no paper product at all. It's actually a plastic bag inside of another plastic bag with a little plastic bag of probably 85% salt and 15% floor sweepings being passed off as dried broth base. For reasons not apparent, this little plastic bag is attached to the bigger plastic bag with a plastic strip of tape. So, if you like salty cardboard wrapped in two layers of plastic at $6.00 a pop, then look no further!

Wow, I was so excited to finally get good low carb ramen. What a disappointment. There is absolutely no flavor! I like the noodles but it's barely a snack rather than a serving. Not worth it for the price. If you use the noodles as a base and add seasoning, meat and veggies, they may be good but definitely not meant to eat on their own. :(

These are gross - nothing about these noodles and broth are at all appealing - I just spent $40 on packs of gross smelling and tasting noodles. Honestly, the smell while waiting for them to cool down almost alone made me sick, it smells like burnt plastic. So, so, disappointed!

Aside from taking longer than expected to get my noodles, imagine my disappointment when I took my first bite. Yuuuuk. Horrible. Mouth feel, chew and consistency were horrible. Noodle flavor was much mile processed and sliced cardboard. This was worse than stale $.12 per package bulk ramen!!! At $5.50 per serving, not good at all. Hey, I'm not that picky. But cxxx is cxxx

I really wanted to like this!!! I loved the broth. They killed that with low sodium, too, which is amazing. The noodles are unsaveable in my opinion. They are rubbery and have a very distinct taste that didn’t allow me to enjoy the broth flavoring. My husband bought me a few boxes of these because I’m working to get more protein daily but unfortunately these are not going to work for me.

Even though it has 890 mg. of sodium, I gave it a try. Terrible tasting, Imo. First of all, 2 cups of water is way too much. After 8 min of cooking, and the seasoning pack applied, I tasted it, to my dismay. The noodles were very thin and had an odd taste and texture. I poured out some of the broth hoping it would thicken up a bit...a big No. I would never recommend them, especially after costing over $6.00 each. If they offered one pack at a time, it wouldn't have been as cost restrictive.... AND, there are no returns on the unopened bags. Bad on me for not checking their refund policy. So, take this with a grain of salt....as it's my opinion, but after reading other reviews, I'm not alone. When I have the urge for Ramen Noodles, that's exactly what I'll purchase.

They need to go back to their kitchen and come up with a better tasting product.

If you are looking for anything, resembling, good, cook at home, Raman, please do not buy. Shin black, while not healthy whatsoever, is non-comparable. The claims that this is healthy and tasty at the same time is not true. It tastes, as if it were healthy. And that is not the claim that they make.

Texture, flavor, everything could be better. this is strictly a marketing ploy.

Love the concept! Delivery and packaging was great.
Feedback
Love the concept but wish it came with a more substantial flavoring packet like other ramen. Broth is good but doesn’t give enough flavor to cover the taste of the ramen. I made with another ramen’s spicy flavoring pack and barely noticed any difference so that was perfect. Would definitely buy that version if there was that option.

I never got my ramen. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. I’ve emailed support multiple times with no response. You guys sent me an email last week asking “how did you like our ramen?!” Well, I’d love to tell ya, but you haven’t delivered it. The FedEx shipping number just says waiting on shipper so I’m guessing it’s not even left the warehouse. What’s going on Immi?!?

Tastes like shit and smells even worse. Ordered a 6 pack of the garlic chicken. Took one bite and threw it in the trash along with the 5 other packs. For 5 dollars a pack i expected better quality than the instant noodles that cost 69 cents. Nope. Do not waste your money.

Taste and the price

It is ok. Not spectacular, but not bad. I cooked my noodles for 8 minutes, and then a other minute and let them sit for a bit. They are ok. I tried the shrimp flavor first. Happy about the protein as well as the low sodium. I will try the other flavors. These noodles are expensive compared to other Raman, but honestly it's hard to compare. Next time, I'll add some green chive onions, an egg and maybe something else.

I'm not a vegan and I love regular cheapo ramen, but I'm trying to eat fewer carbs, so I bought a variety pack. I really wish I had read some reviews before trusting their advertisements. The Tom Yum shrimp flavor of the seasoning powder (no little bits of dried vegetables) was ok but also strange. The texture of the noodles reminded me a bit of old rubber bands that have lost most of their stretchiness. That said, I really wanted to like this. I gave two stars instead of one because it IS edible. Maybe someone who hasn't had gluten in a really long time might like it better, but the texture of noodles made with wheat is just impossible to recreate.

Terrible texture. No luck reaching customer support via phone or text.

Overall, it was just okay. That's it. The noodles were a little more rubbery than I like, and they turned a weird color. The broth was bland. Absolutely zero flavor. For the cost, I hoped for more. It was like eating a bowl of cardboard-flavored ramen.

The noodles are in no way tasty. The texture is completely off, the noodles are rough and chewy. Big disappointment and the advertising is very deceiving. Doesn’t taste like instant ramen at all. The soup base is normal, nothing to write home about.

Absolutely horrible taste and texture, ntm the ridiculous price.
Feedback
Overpriced. Packaging is misleading. The chalky tasting broth was bad no matter what kind of noodle was used.

This new version is so much better!! We always struggle to find east, fast, and healthy food to get on the dinner table (added bonus that our toddler loves noodles). This is a great family friendly option that as a mama I don’t have to feel guilty about serving!

I always feel guilty eating instant noodles, but with immi, im able to eat guilt-free and still enjoy some tasty noodles. It’s not like traditional instant noodles like shin ramen so the taste and texture will be different than what you’re used to, but im really happy with a high protein, plant-based alternative since I don’t know of any other good ones out there. Would highly recommend!

More flavors

Overall, the flavor was great and I used these to get some nutrients and protein when I was sick. Usually when I’m busy with work and don’t have time, I’ll make these in a few minutes and add an egg as a nice filling meal. Been telling a few friends that this is a great ramen alternative if you crave ramen but are trying to be healthy.
