IKEA will always be iconic. The price fits the minimalist style, and putting furniture together can be fun! While I’m not a fan of the maze of a store, I get why the layout is the way it is, it’s genius.

their furniture i would pass on just because it won't last on account of the particle board. their home goods and metal furniture are definitely worth looking at though

I have purchased several things from IKEA. We have one located about an hour's drive, so I don't go very often. I have shelving, which was a great price (still haven't put it up) and the main item I purchased was a mattress. It was a fantastic price, unfortunately it has a spring malfunction less than a year in, but they were extremely accomodating and didn't make me drive all the way back there, and delivered a replacement mattress, which I thought was a wonderful way to treat customers. I keep hoping they will open a store closer to me so I can go more often. Also, they have fantastic Swedish meatballs!

IKEA is my go to place for storage and organization items or tiny knick knacks.

I currently have a desk, drawers, lamps, dining room shelf, tupperware, bowls, cups, full-length mirror, and kitchen cart from IKEA. I’ve bought furniture and home goods from them for 15 years, and they’re still dependable for affordable items. The furniture may not be the best quality, but I think you’re getting great value for the price. My IKEA bowls and plates are the sturdiest and have lasted through 6 moves without a chip or crack. I’ll be needing a bed and mattress for my guest room, and IKEA will be my first choice!

I. Love. Ikea. Contemporary ikea, vintage ikea, hacked ikea, i love it all. Also, as a second hand furniture buyer, a frequent mover, and a taskrabbiter, boo to everyone who says it's one and done. Take this stuff apart and put it together again! I will readily admit that they make some flops, but if you're a tiny bit selective you can make beautiful and affordable home choices that last. My bed, my gateleg dining table, my dresser, my ivar bookshelves, and more all came from ikea and moved with me 2000 miles to be rebuilt, disassembled, stored, and built again. Plus who doesn't love a daytrip showroom wander with a Swedish meatball interlude? And all the good stuff is waiting in As Is. Ikea has its problems as in its a mega corporation doing environmental harm like everyone else huge in late stage capitalism, but I gotta say I feel convinced by some of their environmental efforts and delighted by their products and design.

Sustainable and Tetris rooms! I love the way their furniture tests your relationship! 😂 Little secret they have a wonderful selection of LIVE plants and at a low rate! Highly recommend for plants and pots.

I like their effort to make their brand mor sustainable. You definitely find everything there. Though, I stopped buying wooden furniture as it doesn’t last for too long.

I have been an Ikea fan for more than 15 years now. I love their practical pieces - from kitchen utensils, pots, pans and plates to bigger pieces like beds, mattresses and wardrobes. Even the desk I am currently using to type this rating is Ikea - adjustable height. Some of the pieces did not seem good quality but I can say most of them are worth the money.

good and afforadble furniture, easy to assemble at home, good quality. I own a desk and chair from IKEA and I highly recommend it.

I love Ikea! We purchased quite a few pieces of furniture from IKEA when we purchased this home a couple of years ago. We do not have a lot of storage in this house, therefore I am incredibly grateful for and happy with the storage solutions from IKEA. Everything we have purchased from IKEA has been sturdy and held up well.
