I've been using "Private Party" everyday for 1+ years now and can say that it's definitely prevented UTIs and other issues that might be prevalent. It's a bit big for a pill but worth it for my daily routine!

I like HUM gummies and capsules a lot. I am not sure they are the most potent supplements on the market, but they are clinically tested which is important to me. I feel you have to use them consistently for a long time to see results, but the ones I have tried have never upset my stomach and have made me feel good (especially the ones for sleep)! I'd say they are worth trying and committing to!
