Terrible experience. Product is insufficient. Company makes it near impossible to cancel subscriptions or contact them. Waste of money and time. I’ve never had such a bad experience with an online company. Get prescribed real medication by a real professional.

I will never order from them again. Very quick to take my money, but I have yet to receive anything. My order has been sitting in “fulfillment” for a week. No one in customer service can tell me when it will arrive. I keep getting “soon”. I’ve contacted them 3 times. On the 3rd time I asked to cancel and was told my order was too far along to cancel, whatever that means. My order is currently sitting with some contract pharmacy. Normal pharmacies take 24-48 hrs to fulfill an order. Is this even a real pharmacy? Can I trust the product I’ll receive? This company is a total scam.

Avoid at all cost. The reviews on the website are false. Neither the website nor the app lets actual customers post a review. It appears the model is a subscription scam that is difficult to cancel in hopes that they are able to charge a few months before you successfully cancel or return product

It's a complete scam. I told them it was burning/causing damage to my skin, and basically got told by their nurse practitioner, "Too bad for you. Stop using the product." No apology, no solution, nothing. Worse still, they sent me more product, for a treatment they know I can't use, and refuse to refund me/take back their unopened package of garbage.

Algorithmic pill-pushers. This service will automate BILLING and shipping you more product than requested and continue to bill you regardless of the status of your subscriptions. You can "suspend" or delay shipments, you can cancel credit cards AND they'll still find a way to bill you. When you catch them, you'll be required to enter a purposeful labyrinth of customer support dead ends. This service is designed to sell you more and more of what you don't need and didn't request.

Want to get ripped off? Want to order products that don't work? Want to get a subscription that you can't cancel. Hims is for you! Their products are garbage and NO MATTER what you do, you're going to be in an IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription model.

Any reputable company with recurring subscription that charges hundreds of dollars send advance notification prior to the next scheduled subscription refill. This company gives no notice and sends you notice after charging your account and creating a shipping confirmation with tracking #. I called them immediately upon receiving the email. I checked with the carrier and the package had not been picked up by them or delivered to them it had only been entered into the online system by hims. The customer service operator told me it had shipped. After I told her I researched it and it actually had not shipped, but at this point had only created a shipping label, she said "I'm sorry, once a tracking number is created we can not cancel and no refund are given. Worse yet I canceled my subscription immediately after placing the first order because I only want to try the product yet it refilled anyway. This is very clearly a fraudulent company. There are a number of similar companies out there. I recommend avoiding this one.

One of the WORST Customer Service I’ve EVER HAD! Stay Away! I wanted to make a purchase, and my cared was rejected. I verified with my bank that my card was good and they said the merchant rejected my card. Reached out to Hims and they said it was my bank without even looking into it. Both their chat and email was so apathetic with basically, that sucks hopefully you figure it out. Then I needed a detailed receipt for FSA reimbursement and they said they don’t offer that and to reach out to a tax consultant. WHY CANT I GET A DETAILED RECEIPT SO THAT I CAN REACH OUT TO A TAX CONSULTANT?! Idiots who has ZERO customer service!

Hims is a completely disreputable company with terrible business practices. I never authorized a recurring charge but they charged me anyway for a refill that I made it clear I didn't want. They ignored me and shipped it anyway and then claimed they couldn't take it back due to safety concerns. This company is complete garbage and I recommend you go somewhere else. Don't even consider them.

Well I’m not as bald anymore, so it worked as advertised. Easy to set recurring orders. Easy to follow instructions. Shampoo is nice
