    One of the WORST Customer Service I’ve EVER HAD! Stay Away! I wanted to make a purchase, and my cared was rejected. I verified with my bank that my card was good and they said the merchant rejected my card. Reached out to Hims and they said it was my bank without even looking into it. Both their chat and email was so apathetic with basically, that sucks hopefully you figure it out. Then I needed a detailed receipt for FSA reimbursement and they said they don’t offer that and to reach out to a tax consultant. WHY CANT I GET A DETAILED RECEIPT SO THAT I CAN REACH OUT TO A TAX CONSULTANT?! Idiots who has ZERO customer service!

    This is just a purely incompetent company that takes weeks to ship product and has the WORST customer service. They do not care about their customers at all or their experience with their products or company.
