I have been using these pills/vitamins for over a year now and I really think that they are helping (along with the shampoo/conditioner. They are a little pricy but you get them 2x per year so you don't really feel it as much.

In October 2025, I submitted my health information on their website just to see their prices. In March 2026, I received an email that I had been charged hundreds of dollars and my order had been shipped! I never ordered minoxidil, so I suspect they may be inflating their sales numbers. They provided a refund, but I had to go through the BBB to get them to delete my account to prevent further purchases.

Instead of buying overpriced brow growth serums i saw a derm talk about you just use any brand of minoxidil. I decided to try the hers one as i only needed a small bottle for my eyebrows. So far so good. Super easy to use, no scent and i am starting to see some growth.

I ordered the Tretinoin from Hers and was impressed by how quickly the prescription was approved and shipped. Super efficient process! Unfortunately, even after months of consistent use, it really dried out my skin and made it overly sensitive, so I ended up stopping. That said, I’d still be open to trying other products from the site.

I liked the Hers Shampoo. My hair tends to shed and thin in the front so I needed something to prevent that. Hers seemed to have helped limit my shedding and left my hair really clean. I like the product and the idea but I have a massive amount of hair (thick and long) so this would end up costing me a lot. I think if I didn’t go through a bottle in a week it would be a good product. I would recommend it if you don’t go through shampoo fast.

I love this product as After having my kid I was losing a lot of hair and I started using their monoxide spray and it has been saving my hair it’s growing and it would be something that will purchase great product

I started using the foam at the begging of the pandemic. Hairs started thinning back near my part on one side and now it’s back to normal!

I’m the Hers volumizing shampoo and conditioner and so far am pleased. What I like most is how good they make my thin hair feel. Jury is still out on how much they actually add volume, but they lave my hair beautifully smooth and healthy looking. Only 4 stars just because they’re pricey.
