In October 2025, I submitted my health information on their website just to see their prices. In March 2026, I received an email that I had been charged hundreds of dollars and my order had been shipped! I never ordered minoxidil, so I suspect they may be inflating their sales numbers. They provided a refund, but I had to go through the BBB to get them to delete my account to prevent further purchases.
Instead of buying overpriced brow growth serums i saw a derm talk about you just use any brand of minoxidil. I decided to try the hers one as i only needed a small bottle for my eyebrows. So far so good. Super easy to use, no scent and i am starting to see some growth.

I have been using these pills/vitamins for over a year now and I really think that they are helping (along with the shampoo/conditioner. They are a little pricy but you get them 2x per year so you don't really feel it as much.
I ordered the Tretinoin from Hers and was impressed by how quickly the prescription was approved and shipped. Super efficient process! Unfortunately, even after months of consistent use, it really dried out my skin and made it overly sensitive, so I ended up stopping. That said, I’d still be open to trying other products from the site.
