The Mighty Patch by Hero Cosmetics works! I usually use this product before sleep, and by morning I can see a big reduction in my blemishes. I've even worn these during the day when I have a blemish in a non-conspicuous area. They stay on very well when applied to dry skin and pressed down to make sure it's all secured. This brand is on the pricier side of pimple patches but I think it's worth the money if you can spend the extra dollars.

I recommend the patches with salicylic acid when dealing with zits/acne, otherwise, the patches act mostly as a cover up in my opinion. If the zit is open or draining, then the regular patches offer a bit more in absorbing the moisture that is coming out. These are good for lil zits other than your face as well. Also, the nose patches actually seem to temporarily shrink pores but I wouldn't use them religiously. Oh, the rescue balm is amazing. It really works to soothe and help the discoloration disappear more quickly.

Both the original patch and the ones with microdarts are extremely useful. Maybe it is a placebo effect but I feel like patching up cystic acne spots can speed along the healing process. I like using these with prescription acne medication underneath. One downside is the price, I can find equivalent patches at a lower cost.

Next to using straight-up hydrocolloid bandages on those extra juicy zits, the Mighty Patches are the best way to treat your active pimples. I'm guilty of skin picking, so these provide a healthy barrier to let the pimple heal on its own. I usually stick one on a pimple overnight and I see a much flatter zit in the morning. The different sizes are great as well for small whiteheads or big cystic acne pimples. Plus, if you need to go out with them, they go on clear and aren't that noticeable.

Works pretty well, a little inconsistent at times but not sure if that's my fault. I like that it has only one size of patch. Works better than most competitors.

Mighty pimple patch has saved me as a chronic skin picker. I can’t really speak to whether it helps get rid of a pimple with its ingredients…but it helps me not touch it, which speeds up the healing process.

Honestly, out of all the pimple patches, these peel up on the sides more than others. Otherwise it does a good job protecting the area!

i have used some from another brand that I feel work better but they still work

I've bought these patches twice and as someone with acne prone skin, they work okay for me. The pimples don't usually go away when I use the patch alone, I normally have to combine it with other acne-fighting products in my stash to see real results.

These are amazing, they really help clear up leaky oily pimples. I will say they are a little expensive for what they are.

me and my husband use hero cosmetics patches ALL THE TIME. I love the invisible ones so I can wear them to work or in public without feeling like I’m drawing more attention to my face with a star or heart!

Definitely helps with the superficial acne. Calms skin and reduces redness, and deals with the little pimples quickly. For the under-the-skin pimples, not so much. I've had several painful ones and no matter how many applications I put on, the patches don't do much. I'm not sure if it's the fault of the patch or they're not made for these kind of pimples, but I would hope to get some sort of relief. Overall, I would buy them again.
