Herbar grabbed my attention on Insta and I was desperate to try the brand - my skin has been ultra sensitive since menopause and I had read a lot about the benefits of mushrooms in skincare so Herbar's shroomy ingredients really appealed, not to mention the absolutely gorgeous packaging. Pricing was an issue so I waited until there was an offer and got a full set of products. The face nectar didn't have much impact and felt kind of sticky and took too long to soak in for Mrs Impatient here, but the oil was gorgeous, especially when used with Herbar's fantastic guashroom which I look forward to using every morning, as it feels so cool and soothing and has actually helped reduce a rather icky salivary gland stone that has irritated me for decades. Recently got the barrier cream and that is lovely too, soaks in beautifully and makes horrible post menopause dry patches disappear. The customer service is fantastic: a second guashroom arrived chipped and they promptly sent a replacement. Ultimately, not the cheapest brand but the natural ingredients, skin benefits and ultra gorgeous packaging make it worth the splurge. If you do nothing else, buy a guashroom!
