It’s pretty hydrating but I did not like the smell that much, but definitely make the difference in your skin

I got the water balm through a Thingdrop and was not super impressed. I tend to have pretty dry skin and I found I still needed to use my regular moisturizer on top of this in order not feel dry. I wanted to like it because I do like the concept a lot, but it just wasn't entirely for me.

I LOVE the concept of this brand so much. I have always felt so guilty and wasteful in the past using disposable razors. When I saw this brand about a year ago at Sephora I was stoked to try it. Do not underestimate the quality of this razor, she is HEAVY!!! Really solid and heavy in the hand which I like but may be intimidating to others. Replacing the razor blade is SUPER easy with this and you can get a cute little tin to drop your used blades into, which can then be shipped off to them for recycling. I got the set that came with the razor, some blades, shaving balm, a cute little holder, and a travel cover. However, dont be an airhead like me and take this with you through the airport because they will stop you and look at you like you are insane (in hindsight it was probably insane). I believe they have a program that will ship blades to your destination so you can still bring the razor sans the blade and the trouble. And yes, I went all the way back through the security scan because once I disposed of the razor blade they had to rescan it, and I was NOT going to let them throw this away. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because inside the wings that you open up to reveal the razorblade are displaying some rust like coloring which I am confused by because I keep it out of direct water when not in use and it seems to be powder coated/painted. Its kind of hard for me to clean that off. Other than that though, love this razor <3 Also I am able to use this to shave everything, but shave your more sensitive areas at your own risk because it is heavy and a little hard to manipulate in tighter areas! Have survived just fine though : )

Really enjoy the water, great scent and is definitely moisturizing. The only thing is I feel like it is not a long lasting moisturizer

This is definitely a unique product. It has a nice light rose scent and only takes a few minutes to completely absorb into the skin. If it wasn’t for the rash it gave me this would have been a go to product for me. I passed it along to my sister who loves it and has used nearly the whole thing!

Tried their single blade weighted razor a while back and cut myself both times I used it (gave it a second try thinking it was user error the first go round). The handle is very heavy and it's easy to lose a proper grip on it when using in the shower. To me, the razor seemed like a gimmick vs something you'd use everyday.

Definitely noticed a difference in my dry skin after using consistently for 10 days. Had a nice smell and was a refreshing replacement for body moisturizer when on the run. Used on dry and wet skin. Also used several times in hair when out in the sun for extra protection.

As a lotion hater but also someone who doesn't want dry, flaky skin, this water balm is a lifesaver. It's super moisturizing, the smell is amazing, and it takes like 15 seconds to have a fully hydrated bod. Truly IMO, the best part is not having greasy lotiony hands to deal with once you're done applying.

Had been very interested in trying Hanni so was very excited to get the Water Balm from a Thingdrop. I'm really loving the texture so far and how quickly it absorbs into my skin. Packaging is really nice as well.

Amazing - I’m prone to razor burn / irritated skin from ingrowns and that has gone way down since using hanni. Love the razor but particularly love the shave pillow - SO good and so easy

Wow this product has the best smells. Packaging is very clean and neat. Looks very high end but the price great.

I love the branding and the splash salve is super moisturizing. Can be kinda thick so you've gotta get used to the texture / how much to apply / how much to wash off, but it leaves my skin super soft and isn't irritating at all!

I loved the texture and smell of the splash in shower moisture treatment. I feel like a little goes a long way with this product, as I didn’t have to use too much to hydrate my skin. I’ve only used it a few times so I can’t speak to long-term results but so far it’s been great at moisturizing my typically dry skin.

As a lotion hater, I love a product that you can use right in the shower to get moisture! It somehow feels like less work and a step you get to skip. With that being said, this is definitely a rich, coconut-oil-like body butter. It does leave my skin feeling super hydrated the next morning, but this is a product I would probably only use at night the day before I wash my hair, as it does leave a (moisturizing) residue on the skin. Lots of people will love the feeling of this and I love how moisturized I feel the next day, but if you are picky on textures of lotion or like a fast-drying lotion that leaves no residue, maybe use this more like a treatment body butter or a special treat after a bath like I do.

I love the fact that the product is not as oily as others I’ve tried previously. It leaves your skin smooth and soft. Doesn’t feel heavy or sticky, I did the application after shower but the dry off was a little tricky to avoid the product getting wiped off.

tried the in-shower splash salve and found it difficult to work with and not very hydrating. it was solid even in the air of the warm shower and hard to spread, and it felt like it stayed on top of my skin rather than sinking in to actually moisturize. it was less effective than drugstore in-shower moisturizers (jergens, nivea) which was a disappointment given price. i did love the plastic-free packaging, though!

It's a cool product that transforms from a hard paste to a cream with water. There is a strong smell, but I don't mind it. Initially, it felt moisturizing, however, I used it at night, and when I woke up the next morning my legs were visibly dry and almost flakey.

I really liked how easy the water balm is to use; its a great product for those with disabilities or any difficulty reaching particular areas. Left my skin soft.

The water balm is really nice. I like the scent and the packaging feels luxe. One reviewer mentioned needing something more robust for winter months and I agree with this assessment. However, this product is great for right after the shower when you need to moisturize, but don't want to slather yourself in product.

I was given the Water Balm because a friend didn't like it. Naturally, I was a little hesitant but I really enjoy this! Definitely a lighter moisturizer. I like to use it after the shower if I know I have to run out the door because it doesn't leave a sticky residue like other, thicker moisturizers. It has a floral scent; not too over-powering, very natural. I really like the packaging too, it feels luxurious and sturdy — it's something I want to have on display on my bathroom counter if you're catching my drift. I want to try more of their products - esp the shave pillow. They seem to have innovative, dual-use products in the body-care category. Excited to keep following Hanni!
