⭐ 1 Star – Shocking Customer Service and No Accountability I placed an order with Gymshark, but the delivery experience was a disaster. The driver left my parcel outside my house on a main road without my consent. I never opted for doorstep delivery, yet that's exactly what happened. When I raised this issue with Gymshark, instead of helping, they blamed me! They claimed the wrong county was on the order, despite the delivery photo clearly showing it outside my door and the GPS confirming my road. It's obvious they’re just trying to shift the blame rather than take responsibility for their poor delivery process. If something goes wrong, don’t expect support from Gymshark – they’ll point fingers at you instead of resolving the issue. I won’t be ordering from them again. Avoid.

I recently had the most frustrating online shopping experience in Australia. Back in August, I ordered a pair of joggers and a hoodie, but to my dismay, I received two pairs of size L shorts instead. Following the return process outlined on the website, I awaited tracking information for three months, but there was no progress whatsoever. When I reached out through the returns page, they directed me to the support page, where I was informed that they couldn't assist me since I hadn’t completed the return within seven days. This left me feeling completely powerless. I ended up losing my money and am now without the clothes I ordered. I strongly advise against purchasing from this site. The lack of customer support and accountability is truly disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!

I loved the variety of colors and sizes. Sometimes it is hard for the material to stretch especially after washing. If it is stretchy, it is sometimes shear (specifically the biker shorts).

As a short girly, I always get the size S or XS and it fit me so well! The leggings can be a bit long but I find it cute for when I am doing pilates or yoga. The tops with the little hole for the thumb fit perfect but the tops can be a bit long. But again, looks cute!

I love the company and the clothing but I am frustrated when I received my bottle that came snapped (in the package) and didn't have the metal cap like it did in the photos. I tried returning the bottle but it doesn’t work because I got the bottle from $20 down to $18. I emailed Gymshark 6 weeks ago and still have no response.

When the 60% discount offer was on, I bought some pieces of clothing, I entered my address correctly and it turns out that my package was returned because it did not have the apartment number on the package, I contacted customer service, they said they were sorry. bad customer service! I bought a gift voucher for €50, but the voucher appears to have already been used. gymshark takes no action to find out how this is possible

Quick delivery and helpful customer service! Good quality clothing, comfortable!! A lot of hard work has been put into this business. You can tell by the quality of their clothing and the care to their customers. Thankyou again gymskark.

Adapt Safari Seamless leggings Review: • purchased: March 10th • price: $80 • size: medium pretty pricy for a pair of leggings isn’t it? well in the beginning it was worth the price because they where really comfortable and well fitted when I’ve tried them on. but unfortunately it’s not worth it… a couple wears and sadly my leggings ripped on the bum area… disappointed…

The material and the colors are nice, but if you need to buy online... then, you better know your size. I got the small one and it looks like someone with a bigger body than small wore it. Now, I am trying to return it, but their website does not work well. I mean, it seems like they do not care about the consumers, because they do not reply me. Seriously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND! They should put more workforce to deal with people, because their website only works for selling stuff.

I made a large order for my daughter's birthday present. The order was lost or stolen, still not sure what happened. I contacted Gym Shark customer service and the shipped the order again at no additional cost, making for a happy birthday for my daughter. A company's customer service says a lot about who they are and Gym Sharks is top tier. The products are also high quality, I hate cheap made clothing. Thank you again Gym Shark.

Back in November, I bought 3 sets and after months of wear, I feel I can properly review these items. I got 3 of the sweat seamless sets and 1 everyday essentials set. They all fit wonderfully, I got a size s in all bottoms and size xs in all tops. I find myself wearing the sweat seamless set more often, the everyday essentials set tends to ride up and the band on the top is a bit tight. The bottoms are pilling a bit but nothing too bad. overall I love what I've got and will purchase more from them.

As a frequent customer, I have been consistently impressed with the quality of many garments. However, I recently received a pair of leggings that were not only sheer but completely see-through. Paying $65 for what feels like "Kmart quality" is disappointing, especially when brands like Cotton On Body offer better quality at a lower price point. Please do yourselves a favor and discontinue selling these poor-quality garments.

The shipping was pretty slow. I’ve been waiting a month now to get a return and getting in touch with them is not very easy plus they are actually not very helpful at all I bought 2 pairs of bike shorts in the same size and one pair fit and the other didn’t. Weird. Also the material is kinda scratchy I would expect them to be a bit more soft for the price

Nice sports bra but it has that Chinese factory smell which is infused in the fabric and I haven’t been able to get it out after 2 washes so far. Wouldn’t buy again for this reason.

Had so many bad experiences 1. If you buy something and it goes on sale, you will not get the difference nor can you cancel your order 2. Customer service is useless, does thing but write huge paragraphs 3. I’m getting too tired of screaming at the top of my lungs just to get them to cancel my order, tired of getting frustrated of the service, I don’t ever want to buy from Gymshark ever again. And I can image everybody is doing it, that’s why the revenue of Gymshark goes up but profit goes down. Even though they take advantage of their customers but sooner or later, this company is going bust.

I received my order and one item was missing. I reached out on Friday through the online portal and didn’t hear anything. I then reached out the following Monday. The response I received was that I didn’t reach out within the 7 days timeframe and that they were not going to look into it any further and if I wanted the product I didn’t receive that I could purchased it again! I reached out Friday and that would have been before the 7 day deadline and when I didn’t hear back I reached out Monday and it was 1 day outside the 7 day timeframe. When I sent an email back stating that I had reached out Friday and that would be within the timeframe they stopped responding. How can a company keep your money and the product which they screwed up not sending in the first place?! This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I will never purchase anything from Gymshark again!

Bought 5 leggings for the first time! My main concern was being able to do my squad without having to worry about doing my squad and that everybody could see my ass. What a disappointment! Not only that! On the description of the leggings said: seamless ehich I thought it wouldn't be a problem. I don't understand why advertising something that is not true :/ not buying again nor my friends.

Poor costumer service. My purchase was marked as delivered, but, I got nothing. Contacted them and got not help at all. They recommended me to pay again for what I never got delivered at first. So frustrated and disappointed. This was the first and last time buying any Gymshark gear.

Thought it was expensive considering the material and other sportswear brands. Bought a shorts and top set in less than 3 months shorts started fraying and had a hole in the side.
