Very cute unboxing — the branding is chef’s kiss. That said, we’re olive oil snobs, and the oil itself is just… fine. Perfectly serviceable in a vinaigrette, but not one you’ll want to dip bread in or pour generously over a caprese salad. Their advice to “drizzle” is right on the nose — it’s not called “dip” or “drench,” after all. The plastic squeeze bottle feels more gimmicky than good — it doesn't measure up to glass in terms of shelf life or flavor integrity. I appreciate the refill concept, but a plastic-lined can doesn’t solve those issues and is not more recyclable. If the squeeze bottle feels easier to use, why not just add a pour top to your glass bottle? They do now offer glass, and, having tried the squeeze, that’s what I’d go for next time.
