We're high-quality olive oil that is meant to be squeezed, not saved. Most olive oil in the U.S, including some “extra virgin” stuff, is blended from old, low-quality oils.
The rest? High-quality olive oils that look great on your counter but are too expensive to cook with.
Graza is olive oil the way it should be. We're always fresh, never blended, (real) EVOO. Although we may be one olive, we're two different oils.
